DGCA — GoAir Charging for Web Checkin

My PNR is GFHUYE Via GoAir.
Go Air doesnot allow me to web checking without paying extra charges even when you have the ticket. They will ask for Rs 100/ Rs 200 extra for seat booking even if you dont want any special seat and are looking for a regular seat.

No other airlines charges extra for web check in. Go Air will charge you money even if they have all the seats empty.

I have attached the seat selection screenshot. Most of the seats are green but if you try to book it they are charging you extra and they they will not allocate you default seats.

Desired Resolution : Web checkin Should be free of cost and i dont have to pay extra for the seat.
