DGCA — unfair practices on airline booking

This is to bring to your kind attention that my grievance has not been resolved.
I had made a holiday booking with goair on 31 october 2019, the details are as follows

1) 3 members - 2 adults and 1 child

2) delhi to leh on 11 june 2020

3) leh to delhi on 17 june 2020

4) pnr number r55zyv

I have already written to [protected]@ goair and the goair nodal officer. My complaint request number is g[protected]

There has been no correspondence from the airline or the nodal officer.

My grievance is that i wanted to go on a holiday with my family but due to the corona pandemic it was not possible on the above dates. More over there was a standoff with china which is still going on in leh and no flights were operational on the above mentioned dates.

I wish to know

1) why there is no mention of refund policy on the goair website.

2) when i wish to cancel my tickets, as mentioned in the previous mails... Why can't i cancel it and get full refund?

3) why the airline should ask the customer to choose another date of travel when the pandemic situation is still ongoing and no one knows when it will resolve... Why is the common man always a sufferer?

4) i booked my tickets in non covid time i. E in october 2019... Why should i suffer?

With due consideration to my above mentioned apprehensions i want a 100% refund of my money. It is tight financial situation and this money will be of immense help to me.
