[Resolved] DHFL — foreclosure of home loan

My loan account = 42162, I have foreclosed my home loan on 24th July 2018, it takes 15 - 20 working days of time to hand over original property papers But today is 28th August 2018 and still the issue is open. No communication from DHFL Kolkata office at Duckback house opposite Kala mandir. Kindly intervene and look into the matter.
