[Resolved]  DHFL — write off the extra charges rs 19500/- showing in my loan account statement 43056 soon and stop phone call harassment to recover this amount.

I had apply for LAP on 12th may with all documents and cheque no date amount cash Rs 2000/- collected by executive Mr. Prithviraj, after that on 25/05/2017 your sales manager Mr. S. Patra collated all original deed of my property, original tax receipt, along with 8 numbers of signed blank cheque of ICICI Bank for PDC. He handover me a letter of offer cum acceptance application no: 01496100, loan amount Rs 19, 33, 502/- @interest 11.25%, EMI Rs 22912/- for 180 months. He ensures that within 2 days the disbusment amount will be credited at my ICICI Bank A/c no:[protected], and the schedule of EMI will be start after disbusment credited to my ICICI Bank A/c.

Till today I always keep balance at my linked ICICI Bank SB A/c more than the EMI Amount. But unfortunately it was found that ECS from that linked ICICI Bank Ac not honor every time. Though there was enough balance.

I personally contact ICICI Bank for this above mentioned matter but they told it was the fault from your side of presentation of ECS from the beginning. So please rectify the mistake soon by write off the charges {ECS returned charges + delay payment charges etc} of amount showing in my statement of Loan Ac No: 43056.

Please clarify me when there is no fault from my side then why I have been charged for this extra amount? When I pay regular EMI by NEFT through Your DHFL Axis Bank Account no:[protected].
