Hi,
This is regarding one of the shipments that is supposed to be delivered to my son on dec 17th and still stuck at your department due to kyc team irresponsibility and no responses. I have been trying and coordinating with your kyc team since, last 14th dec 2018 to get this sorted but in vain. I have uploaded the documents in the kyc site as well as sent the documents separately to kyc team ([protected]@dhl.com) as asked by the team but nothing has happened after that.

If teh kyc team is not capable to verify the documents and teh customer has to suffer for getting the shipment on time, please make sure i get the compensation on this, i will have to take it legally forward.
Hope to get a resolution soon.

Worst possible harrasment I have to go through just to get a small package, I could not believe getting a letter delivered could be so hard. I understand KYC, 3 different people need 3 different things, including an affidavit for which I have to go to court to get it done for such a small order from over seas. Got it done yet its not good enough,

You feel like you are dealing with a government department, all the interest to get the gift here is completely gone due to the harrasment you have to go through.

DHL is a german company but there is nothing seamless about it. Finally I have given up and ask them to return back to the supplier because its just not worth it!!

I agree. I had similar experience recently with DHL. SO much that I had to ask them to return it to the place from where it was dispatched.
