DHL Express India — about my courier which got stuck since a week. | |||
This is krishna kishore from ap. I got a courier through dhl with awb[protected]. And i have recieved a message to upload my documents for id and address proof. Whe i did it and it got rejected for first and based on the dhl kyc executive suggestion i have uploaded my flat purchase document which is in telugu language on 09/03/2019, which is a week back and since then, inspite of many calls and reminders, dhl people are not approving this kyc and my shipment got strucked in their office. Who will cover this loss due to this delay??? I need an immediate action on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
