DHL Express India — Delay in processing documents

I sent a parcel to my Mother in India. Tracking number: [protected]

The required KYC documents were uploaded on the website, still pending approval. And she has received another mail asking for the same documents. When she tries to open the link to load them, it shows already uploaded and pending approval.
These are wedding Invitations and gift wrap in the package.
I need assistance with the status of this parcel please.
