Hello,
i am requesting to everyone who are planning to deliver there products through DHL courier service. please, do not choose them because there service is very bad and thrre customer service employees don’t know how to speak with their clients. Actually they charged from my brother to deliver the parcel at home but after reaching the product at there shipping center they called me that that unable to deliver. So, therefore i have to go and picked up my parcel by myself after paying all duties and charges. Really very bad experience. [censored]ed up 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    Will actually request you all, never book any of your shipment ever from dhl, they all really are terrible professionals, they don't know any of the required information, nor they will except it later. And please never ask anything from these people as they don't know anything 1. Khiv singh ( dhl Jodhpur), 2. Prabhakar (dhl delhi), 3. Poonam (dhl delhi), 4. Suresh ( dhl delhi), 5. Kartar ( dhl delhi), 6. Pooja (dhl mumbai). These are the people because of whom I have been facing problem to get one shipment of mine, which are my personal used belongings, which I haven't yet received in 2 months even after clearing all the issues created by this dhl team, as they wish to charge more from me unnecessarily because it was all their mistakes. But why should I be charged as these were the mistakes done by this team.

      Delivery person picked up package on 8 .6 .2021... Still it's not delivered . And no proper response after 5 days I got way bill... The food items which I had sent it's already spilled out ... DHL person billed around 8600 rupees... Worst service providing .. way bill billed on 12 .6. 2021 . False comitment you are providing . For loss of out dated food delivery . Please refund my money. Want to compliant against delivery person

          My package from UK was suppose to be delivered long back. My parcel is small token of gift from client website. I put the same address on my package as it is on my id card. The product delivered from origin has different address but although it was clarified by showing email, invoice and AWB which has same product name. Now i dont understand just on what basis they have come to a point to needing more proofs when i have already made it cleart! For more than one week through their constant messages, they harassed me and kept on rejecting my clarification on address origin. The clearance department of the company is of no use. For days they are stretching to keep on rejecting So i mailed them the copy of my purchase mail. they just don't want to clear my package, they are delaying unnecessarily.hey don't want to intentionally clear my package so they can't earn money by applying extra warehouse charges.. After reading a lot of customer reviews, i believe they are doing this with many customers. Not only this is a harassment to customers but the morale of the company is so pathetic. Holding on to small packages for these kind of reasons, this should be taken seriously & held responsible. I request the incharge to help deliver package without any further delay or any charges. As this has already been late, i can ask for refund not I'm just been polite to not ask for it. Kindly respect that and quickly deliver my parcel.

            This shipment suppose to arrive at HYD on Feb 2021 but 8 packages are arrived HYD with 4 partial mode and 1 pkg arrived at Bangalore in 1st week of March 2021,

            due to DHL internal mistake 1 pkg came to Bangalore and till today (09.06.2021) that particular package not delivery to us,

            this package terms are changed to DDP even though they are delaying this packages for 3 months approx.

            such a worsts service we are facing from DHL Express HYD.

              Before handovering the shipment from the shipper I informed the team iam not going to pay any custom duties because I won in contest they sent me as gift for review but also they just kept like that only and not delivering the my package and saying shipment will be abanded

                Please note that above parcel reached Delhi, India on 11.05.2021 from Turkey and we kept on getting notifications daily. In reply to the notification we requested through email on 14.05.2021 that in case the address of delivery being an office is closed due to lock down, the parcel may be delivered to home address mentioned in our mail No action taken.
                The parcel contained bill of lading of an import consignment without which the import consignment will not be released and will start attracting heavy penalties.
                We and our agent Hellmann tried to contact DHL for the help, not exactly knowing whom to contact. we and our shipper in Turkey confirmed DHL of alternate home address, the procedure took 3 days.
                Inspite of all running around and emails, the delivery man reached our office address today the 27th of May, 2021 at about 8AM. On our request it was delivered to us at home.
                Dhl must have collected my mobile number from shipper why I was not contacted? Why no response to our mail of 14th May? Why the company is so casual in lockdown situation? Why the alternate/changed address not given to delivery person.
                This was a totally unprofessional and casual approach of DHL embarrassing us.

                  Very very poor service. Not sure if people are really working here. No proper response
                  A product is in blore from more than 2 months & not yet reached Chennai . And the status is, " It's under customs & it needs to be approved".
                  Worst services.

                    Though my KYC is approved but still I got KYC procedure letter through courier.

                    The bad part is the courier boy came twice without notice. He says, he did not have my phone number????

                    Kindly ensure that my main consignment is delivered with prior notice.

                        We have booked the consignment from India, COIMBATORE TO SEOUL, S. KOREA. we have applied for CO. Customs need Shipping bill. DHL local office Manager Mr Sekar tell that it is not his duty and we have to ask and get the shipping bill from DHL toll free number. we have never faced any problem from TNT and we immediately get the shipping bill from TNT. DHL is creating problem to customer. We need the shipping bill immediately. we request you to take serious action on your manager and his staff.

                          I have not received my parcel from Kuwait with airway no [protected] which has been lying in Bangalore for last 10 days. I have submitted my kyc form comprising my Aadhar card which has been accepted. I am a naval officer residing in government accomodation in vishakapatnam. As my present adress is different from the permanent adress I have uploded the allotment letter of present adress as 54 Naval Park which on the allotment letter is given as 54 NP which is short form of Naval Park. Pse resolve this issue. The item is a medical item urgently required for my ailing mother

                            Awb [protected]. My shipment is from Maldives to India. And now it's stuck in mumbai. And it's been more than one month. And stil dhl has not delivered my shipment and now they are asking me to appoint my own dhl to get my shipment cleared at my own cost. I have paid them 45000 inr for shipping charges. And now they are telling me that if I dnt appoint cha than they will discard my items. They are not even ready to sent my shipment back to Maldives.

                              Delay in processing documents

                              I sent a parcel to my Mother in India. Tracking number: [protected]

                              The required KYC documents were uploaded on the website, still pending approval. And she has received another mail asking for the same documents. When she tries to open the link to load them, it shows already uploaded and pending approval.
                              These are wedding Invitations and gift wrap in the package.
                              I need assistance with the status of this parcel...

                              Dear Sir/ ma'am
                              Hello, I am Bhavya Mehta, and you can kindly find the entire history of this case by the AWB numbers.
                              My concerns are as follows-
                              1. When I booked the shipment, I went to DHL office in Jodhpur which is at, high Court Road, Nai Sarak Coffee House Circle, Beside, Jodhpur, I spoke to Mr khiv Singh who is the retail store supervisor, that I need to get my personal goods shipped from Paris, and I did inform him my situation about the baggage as I went to Paris in 2019 and came back in 2020 and couldn't go back coz of covid and the lockdown, I booked the shipment on 5th Jan 2021 and did the advance payment for 47, 500rs for the same and requested the pick up from Paris on 8th Jan 2021. So that time I asked him what are the rules and the procedure and what should not be packed, that time he didn't inform me about the baggage rule, not even about the rule that if it's a personal baggage I was suppose to go to the custom office for the clearance and rest of the procedures.
                              2. There was no responsibility taken from DHL team that they could have taken little bit of pain and would have informed me about one box being stopped in Paris and rest shipped to India, at DHL office Delhi. On who's behalf did your team decide and sent just 3 boxes as the shipment was of 4 boxes, and that too without information and concern taken from me ?
                              3. Afterwards I get the information from Delhi DHL office that I was suppose to go to the DHL office Delhi to claim the shipment. Why was this not informed to me in the very first place?
                              4. Then, after asking at the DHL office Jodhpur, I got the information that out of 4, 3 boxes got shipped already to India and one is being held back then, and khiv Singh said that I need to book another shipment for this one box and he told me that I need to pay 21, 500 rs and he said that once this shipment gets cleared I will get the refund of this amount as it as back, and that was the only reason I paid for the other box.
                              5. Then I got a call from poonam who works in DHL Delhi office that I need to come to Delhi to claim my baggage, as it is the rule, which by the was never informed to me by DHL office Jodhpur. I reached Delhi DHL office on 27th Jan 2021, and then I get to know that one box went in the cargo mode and the rest 3 were with DHL, without explaining what is cargo mode I was asked to sign the papers, as I was being told by khiv Singh that if it goes under cargo mode it will be cleared soon.
                              6. When on 27th I went to DHL office Delhi, after waiting for 3 hours, finally there was someone from DHL Delhi office took out time to come and meet me at the office and still busy and and didn't had time to explain me the situation, Mr Suresh.
                              7. Then Suresh asked me to go to DC's office to claim for the clearance, and even till that time he was also not aware about the baggage rules, which later I got to know from a guy working in customs department.
                              8. After that, a guy named kartar came to me and told me that there are baggage rules, and I can only get my baggage shipped under baggage mode if it's within a year, so then he suggested that I should return the 3 boxes back to Paris, that was the solution given to by the DHL team Delhi.
                              9. By the end of the day, I was told that, as my shipment got converted in 2 instead of 1, there are two people who are responsible for this clearance Poonam and Prabhakar. Poonam was taking care of the shipment consisting 1 box which was moved to cargo mode without being explained what it is, and the other was taken care by Prabhakar which consists of 3 boxes.
                              10. Later Poonam informs me that this work can't be done that time as there was some server issues going on due to the changes in something related to new laws. And Prabhakar just didn't had any time to inform or update about anything at all.
                              11. Later I got all this sorted out being there in Delhi until 8th of Feb 2021, with no support or help or any sort of guidance by the DHL Delhi team at all. I was there every day, going to the office and asking them what needs to be done, or what should I do next, I was being told by suresh that there was no need for me to be there at DHL office and it was me being stupid that I went there ever day for the process and he said it wasn't even required for me to come to Delhi for all this. As I was being told by Poonam that I need to come to Delhi for the clearance, and later on there was so much of delay done by Prabhakar to fill the bill of entry and rest of the procedures.
                              12. I finished as the clearance procedures and everything and still the entire shipment didn't reach Jodhpur until the end of Feb. I received the shipment on 5th march.

                              Now I just have one request, that as I was being told by khiv sing and pooja ( from Mumbai office) that I will be getting the 21, 500 rs back, and that procedure will be done by DHL office Jodhpur, I will request you to do so. As it wasn't my fault that the shipment got converted into 2 instead of 1, I wasn't being told about the baggage rule and I had to get it cleared and had to pay the for bill of entry, and that too for two shipments, so kindly refund that as well, because I booked one shipment but it got converted into 2 because your lack of efficiency, lack of awareness, irresponsible behaviour towards work. And I request you to pay me for the days I have to stay in Delhi because if your dam team and their inefficiency. I had to stay in a hotel from 27th Jan 2021- 8th Feb 2021, kindly calculate it as per your knowledge and pay me for the same. As I suffered because of all of these people and their miscommunication and because of not providing with all the required and proper information.
                              So I request you to pay for the damage done atleast financially, as the level of torture I have been through can not be even explain and expressed in words.

                                Hi,
                                My parcel WB#[protected] is still not delivered. Both Singapore and Indian DHL are not answering anything. Indian team claims, they havent received anything, otherwise, we received mail on the acknowledgement on the receipt of the inputs shared.
                                Demand an immediate delivery date and follow up update for ever 3 hours until we receive the parcel.

                                  I’ve made a payment on April 11 2021 for the customs.This is a one time personal shipment from USA and not business related.Money was debited from my account.But the payment didn’t show up on DHL site. So made another payment on April 12th.Now the payment made on April 11th has been debited from my account and even the bank and phonepe support told that it was successful.I didn’t receive any refund uptill now which is very frustrating as the amount is not small.Have contacted the customer care multiple times now but of no use.This is very irresponsible behaviour.Resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                      Its been more than a month now i am calling them everyday in customer care and asking for the update of shipment but there is no respond from them. Actually when i call customer care they always come up with some requirements are pending from my end but i don't get any call or mail from DHL regarding the same and they promise me to get the call back from customs team but no update form them as well.
