DHL Express India — Excess custom duty charges demanded (almost the price of the product)

I ordered a Microbit Circuit Board (Educational Programming) from DFRobot and they used DHL to courier the product. 22nd Feb 2022. Total amount: Rs 6965/-
The product costs Rs.5377/- and I paid 1588/- for "DHL Express Shipping." After few day I received a message from them asking me to pay additional amount of Rs.4912/-.
Message from DHL:
"Your DHL Express shipment with waybill number [protected] from ZHIWEI ROBOTICS has arrived in the country. There is import duty/tax due on your shipment. The amount is INR 4, 912.00."

Product price 5377/-. Additional "customs" charges: 4912/-
DHL claimed they had already made the payment.

On 24th Feb 2022), when I received a call from DHL, I requested the person to provide me proper custom department's receipts and other "tax" related receipts/documents for "import duty/tax."
I made it clear I will not make any additional payment without viewing proper. The person on phone told me to contact customer support. I received an email from DHL, with some receipt from DHL itself, no receipt from any custom department.

Please assist to get my package without making me pay the false charges claimed by DHL.

Updated by dghosh_82 As you mentioned that IT ALREADY PAID.
I Need the below documents as a proof.
1. Payment receipt from the Indian Government( Not any challan) I need the proof of payments which already done by DHL.
2. The custom duty is charged by the Custom Officer(Govt of India)

Also your service charge you need to be informed well advanced to the customer.
