DHL Express India — Facing issues with KYC update | |
Hello Team, Greetings. I am highly disappointed with your services. It's not my mistake if the Picture of mine is not clear on my Aadhar Card. Do you guys get it? Absolutely pathetic service. I am about to receive a shipment from The States by Dec 21 2020. I uploaded my PAN card as my identity proof which got approved. My Aadhar Card for address proof is being rejected again and again. Sometimes the Picture is not clear they say sometimes they say upload the full page. Listen my Aadhar Card doesn't have a back page. What you guys think I am a smuggler or what?? Stupid people. FedEx is much much better than you guys. I want someone to call me from your Department. There is no email id provided from you guys and God swear your toll free number is absolutely pathetic as no one answers. My Aadhar Card has no issues. There is no back page of it. Only front. And ya in all the Govt Ids the Pictures taken of the individual are not that great. They are not professional photographers .. Don't compel me to write a letter to The PMO of our country and to the Ministry of External Affairs. Pls call. A very highly disappointed Customer. Thnx Was this information helpful? | |
