DHL Express India — kyc can't be done with dnd activated

I am unable to do KYC for an imported parcel because I have DND (Do Not Disturb) enabled on my mobile. So I am unable to login to upload the KYC documents.
This is crazy.

For almost every online transaction, one requires an OTP, and I have been getting OTP and other tracking messages from reputed companies with DND on.

Why can't DHL do the same?

I was asked to give someone else's number to upload! That is not correct!
