DHL Express India — submission of kyc

I had received sms to upload my kyc in repect of above shipment, i had submitted documents which were rejected time and again due to some technical reasons. Ihave been trying to submit kyc afresh since last 4 days but not able to upload the documents as system shows approval pending. Today i had received a call at about 3.30pm for re-submission of the documents when i had informed that i am unable to upload documents due to above reason. I was informed to to log in once again and upload the documents. I have been trying to log in for submission of kyc documents but failed to do so as i could not be able to generate otp.
Please help me to resolve the issue.
