DHL Express India — Too much delay in delivery | |
I booked a courier for US, at dtdc with Ref. No. N21452852, on 6Nov at 1PM Dtdc transfer it to dhl ref no. [protected]. In tracking observed that my courier was not moving, I repeatedly called & visited dtdc office, then on 12 Nov dtdc taken my undertaking for medicine, earlier I was given Dr. Prescription & purchase receipt. During this period nobody informed me anything. Then also my courier was on hold, again I reached in dtdc, & made complaint. On 13Nov dhl officer made grp discussion. With me & dtdc, then received msg, i was shocked my same & above courier was booked with new dhl tracking no [protected] on 12 Nov. I was sent diwali eatable for my son, but still the courier is pending. You are requested to pl analyse my complaint & give me compensation for day wise delay, and take prompt action on the person/s Who made negligence. In this case dhl quality & prompt delivery status spoiled. Pl treat at this complaint very urgent, & deliver my courier urgently. Thank you waiting for your urgent reply.
