Dhl India — delivery delayed to get money as bonded charges..

My shipement came from china to india on 26/12/2019 and from same day i doing 2 time follow up by call to dhl.. Even aftr submitting document of kyc on 27th they asked techical writeup and i sent within 30min on same day.. And then from 27th to till 5th january each day i called dhl and i get answer is within 24 to 48 hour my shipemnt will be clear and its submitted for clearance.. And aftr 48 hours when again i call they says 24 to 48 hours will take.. Again on 7th when i asked they said still shipemnt not submited for custom clearance again and then same day evening again they said they need payment receipt as remmitence amount and letter to deputy commisioner i did it immedietly same day on 7th january.. After that on 8th when i did follow up i got answer is today custom officers mostly on leave.. So tomoew surily will clear.. And on 9th they said custom server down so cant give duty details so tomrow it will be cleard.. After that they said saturdy sunday customs not work.. And finally today on 12th january its cleared.. From before itself i knew dhl delayinny my shipemnt jst to get extra money on name of bonded charges or warehouse charge.. And i confirmed from starting only with dhl that i know jst to get extra charge u guys are delaying but i m not going to pay as u guys are delaying my shipemnt and wasting my time.. Estimated date of delivery was 1st january.. And still today 12th and its not delivered yet.. And today they asking extra 3184 as warehouse charge as they kept my shipemnt.. Its your staff delay they not submitted my shipemnt for clearance.. Each and everytime i submited my documents on time.. Your staff should have idea what documents they need and aftr lots of calls they respond sir that document need jist to delay it more.. Now i m not going to pay any extra charges for warehouse.. As its dhl mistake not mine.. And hope so my shipemnt wil delievr atleast tomorw.. Ever going to use dhl again.. More then dhl other local shiping agensy providing good service atleast not making their customer fool by delay shipemnt, wasting time and asking extra charges.. I wil just pay duty amount and disbursment fees thats it..
