Digitize India — site not opening

I don't have any job. I would like to work with digitize India. When I type the address www.digitizeindia.com in address bar, a page coming with a prompt like your clock is ahead. And the site not opening at all. Please resolve this problem. Pls give solution. It was showing your device date and time are incorrect. But my device time is perfect. I couldn't understand what to do. Please help me.

I have been working since 4 days and updating snipets near around 500. But my reward point and Dashboard doesn't update in Digitize India. It is showing 0 point. Please help me. As far as I know after the snipets are answered rewards are supposed to reflect in the account but it is not happening.

I'm not able to open https:// digitize.gov.in website on my lappy initially it showed error that date and time is irrelevant but I corrected it but still I'm unable to open it please help me ASAP.
