Hi, m from hari nagar this is a complain regarding a cluster bus bus no. Dl 1pd 2538, i pick my brother from the school ask the bus driver to open the door but he didn't i again ask him to open it he said i will not and leave the stand. All the buses doing the same thing they were stand in the stand but did not open the door for other passengers because they did not want the students in their bus as they did not pay them. It is really very difficult for the passengera to travel at that time, though i called the complaint department but still i want a strick action in this it is really hampering us a lot.
Please do something regarding this.

I'm waiting for bus route no. 813 but it has been more than 50 min.
Very bad service.
I have boarded in cluster bus (DL1PD1180) at Bapu Dham and demanded ticket of Rs. 5/-. The conductor have given ticket from Talkatora to Dhaulakuan. When asked to conductor about why back originating point (about 4-5 stops behind) he misbehaved and said that kept the ticket which has been given.

No one on this website cares for anyone's complaints. I wonder what's the reason of even making this website if you can't afford to keep it running. You guys are ready to snatch money from people no matter if the mistake is of bus conductor or somebody but you can't have anyone to listen to the problems and act for it.
By the way can't expect anything from you people who are busy promoting corruption and filling their pockets by looting and humiliating innocent people instead of trying to do something about it.
I am writing this just because each and every time I am facing problem in delhi transit bus due to unprofessional behavior of bus staff.
Today I was traveling in a diya bus DL1p5256 from delhi railway station to badarpur border. When bus reached at dariyaganj then bus conductor left bus without any information. After waiting more than 5 minutes I ask to bus driver about him the he said he don't know, after a while he came to know that conductor gone his personal reasons. After some more time driver said that he stopped bus for rear view mirror adjustment.

Finally conductor return back more than 10 minutes. Further that when I ask reason to conductor then he said catch another bus if you are in hurry. And he said me leave the bus otherwise bus will not move ahead.

Is this the professionalism which we can expect from form staff.
