DIMTS — complaint for cluster bus

आप अपनी शिकायत pgms.delhi.gov.in पर दर्ज कराए। 100% आपकी शिकायत को गंभीरता से लिया जायेगा। इस वेबसाइट पर जाने के बाद आपको वहाँ एक ऑप्शन दिखेगा जहा लिखा होगा Department Concerned उसमे आप Delhi Integrated Multi Model Transit System LTD ( DIMTS)। कुछ समझ मे आये तो ईमेल करे मुझे [protected]@gmail.com ।

I'm waiting for bus route no. 813 but it has been more than 50 min.
Very bad service.

I have boarded in cluster bus (DL1PD1180) at Bapu Dham and demanded ticket of Rs. 5/-. The conductor have given ticket from Talkatora to Dhaulakuan. When asked to conductor about why back originating point (about 4-5 stops behind) he misbehaved and said that kept the ticket which has been given.

No one on this website cares for anyone's complaints. I wonder what's the reason of even making this website if you can't afford to keep it running. You guys are ready to snatch money from people no matter if the mistake is of bus conductor or somebody but you can't have anyone to listen to the problems and act for it.
By the way can't expect anything from you people who are busy promoting corruption and filling their pockets by looting and humiliating innocent people instead of trying to do something about it.

I am writing this just because each and every time I am facing problem in delhi transit bus due to unprofessional behavior of bus staff.
Today I was traveling in a diya bus DL1p5256 from delhi railway station to badarpur border. When bus reached at dariyaganj then bus conductor left bus without any information. After waiting more than 5 minutes I ask to bus driver about him the he said he don't know, after a while he came to know that conductor gone his personal reasons. After some more time driver said that he stopped bus for rear view mirror adjustment.

Finally conductor return back more than 10 minutes. Further that when I ask reason to conductor then he said catch another bus if you are in hurry. And he said me leave the bus otherwise bus will not move ahead.

Is this the professionalism which we can expect from form staff.

All seat are filled in bus then I request to conductor please allow me sit on vacant seat of side at conductor seat. But he replied that no allow sit on there because government booked 2 seat in bus for conductor. One on which conductor sitted and side another seat for conductor bag. Even on request he misbehave with me.

I am standing in Janakpuri checkpost and waiting for 801stl bus. The two buses passed from here and the bus is mostly empty but the driver did not stop the bus and said it's there choice to stop there or not.

मै आज सुबह करीब साढ़े आठ बजे कैर गांव के क्लस्टर डिपो से उत्तम नगर की तरफ जाने वाली बस न. डी एल 1 पी सी 6580 में सवार हुआ। मगर ड्राइवर ने गाड़ी को डिपो से निकाल कर थोड़ी दूर जाकर खड़ी कर दिया, और बस से उतर कर जाने लगा। मैंने पूछा तो उसने बड़ी ही बद तमीजी से जवाब दिया कि जब दिल करेगा तब चलेंगे। जब मैंने शिकायत करने की बात कही तो उसने बड़ी ही लापरवाही से कहा की जहां मर्ज़ी हो वह शिकायत कर दो।

bahut hi bekar behaviour h inn driver ka or ye experience dusri baar tha mera inn driver k saath or bus m jo marshal or conductor h wo bhi inko kuch nhi kehte h. wo bhi sunte rehtre h jabki galti driver ki h. or ye mene pehli baar hi suna h ki agar koi gate p utarne k liye khada h to use bolna hi padega ki bus roko stand p, jabki bahut se driver sawariyo ko khada dekh hi gate khol deti h

please in Driver ko ya to aap job se hataiye ya inhe tamiz sikhaiye or aap mujhe mail bhi kariyega ki aapne iss driver ke khilaf kya action liya h.
OR MENE APNI TICKET KI IMAGE BHI UPLOAD KARDI H JISSE AAP USS DRIVER KO TRACE KAR SAKENGE.
PLEASE ISS ISSUE KO JALDI SE RESOLVE KARE, NHI TO ESE LOG SABKO PARESHAAN KARNE LAGENGE OR MENTALLY HARASS BHI OR OFFICE K LIYE LATE BHI.

Cluster bus no DL1PC5319 on 14th july 2022 at 9:28AM I am travelling on this bus from supreme court metro station to zoo driver stop the bus at previous red light from zoo bus stop when i ask to stop bus at zoo bus stand he refused to stop the bus and said why don't i leave the bus at red light. Please take necessary action on driver and civil defence

Hello sir I am a girl from Mahipalpur New Delhi. I used to take bus from Bus stop of Mahipalpur ext. to go to my office.Today I was waiting for the bus and bus DL1PD4266 Arrived at my stop I show hanc to stop the bus but the Bus driver Ignored the bus stop and left without stopping the bus.Most of the bus drivers did the same thing.
I request you to please take some strict action towards such Cluster bus drivers. Their misbehaving nature is increase day by day.

A Orange bus came at the mangolpuri y block bus stand... But he didn't opened the door and he was driving the bus so rash...
One lady was almost fell down when she tried to enter the bus but the bus driver didn't stopped the bus at bus stand. Hope u will take appropriate action on the bus driver.

Ye ticket route no 73 cluster bus ki hai ye gadi anand vihar se morning me 5:00 bje 1-sep-2022 5:15 ke karib hai conductor ne sabhi ko ye ladies ticket k piche 15×1 likh kar di hai bus no mene jada dhyan nahi Diya 3243 ya 5 bje ki jo gadi anand vihar se hai kirpiya check kijiye jo conductor ki duty morning ki hai wo ye harkat karta hai. Hello sir i am traveling on the bus number DL 1PD 2642 route number [ 774] but the bus conducter did't give me the ticket through metro card and misbehaves behaviour sir i requested to you please take action on the bus conducter. And also please inform me that metro card is working on the bus or not and again i requested to you please look into the case. Also you call my number my no is [protected].

Sri man ji mai daily nangloi se mahipalpur ka yatri hu aaj sam ko bus no DLipd 5051 rangpuri se liya aur conductor ko maine ek 10 rs ka note aur 5 rs ke 5 sike diye but usne sikke lene se mana kar diya aur karan pooche jane per muje gali diya aur muje bus se utar diya, kya is tarah ka behave sahi h, us conductor ne muje bola ki kahi bhi complain kar lo mera kuch nhi hoga, kipya karke uchit karayawahee karne ki kripa kare, muje ticket lene ke bad bhi conductor ne muje bus se utar diya is matter ka ek mail maine transport minister aur parivahan secretry ko bhi bhej diya hai, ticket ki copy maine attached kar di hai
