DIMTS — kair depot cluster bus dl1pd 1005

I would like to inform you that the cluster buses go to various routes in Delhi/New Delhi from Kair Depot in the morning, while their duties finished at Uttam Nagar usually evening time mostly drivers of Cluster buses after closed the both window of their buses and carry straight to Kair Depot. Some of them drivers has showing electrical board of cluster buses as it is not in service/ breakdown their buses and take to kair depot, direct. They do not take any passengers while going to Kair Depot from Uttam Nagar. However, its distance about 20 kms. A number of times I have lodged complaint against the defaulter Drivers to Depot Manager/Duty Officers, but no any action has been taken against defaulter Drivers so far. Please you may take necessary action on your behalf and you may also give the direction to all the drivers of clusters buses that they may stop the bus on each stand while going to Kair Depot from Uttam Nagar/Inder Lok.

When the cluster buses's times off at Uttam Nagar after 6.00 p.m. all the drivers do not changes electrical Board of cluster buses and carry direct Kair Depot/Dichaou Depot after closed the both window of the bus. They do not take any passenger from Uttam Nagar. I have number of times complaint against the cluster buses but no action has been taken by the authorities so far. Please you may take action in this matter and may also please check gps who are plying in rural area side, as like Route No.835, 824, 827, 822...here is no solution to the complaint, which was made on 19th June, 2018 apart from the route no. 835's service is very bad. The public has to wait come for bus for a long time. Please peruse of earlier of my complaint dated 19.6.2018, 3.7.2018 and 10.8.2018 on the consumer site . Even after complaining, , no any solution is being of this route by DIMTS. Earlier, the officers of the Kair Depot were saying that there is no bus stand there. Since, the plate of the bus stand has been installed on the poll at Uttam Nagar, but still they do not stop the bus there.

I would like to inform you that I get cluster bus route no 578s from Kapasera border to kair depot at about 5.30 pm. The bus no is DL 1PD 1175. The behaviour of bus driver was very bad. He miss behave with ladies passengers too. One thing I would like to tell that the bus was standing on Dhasa stand at least 20 minutes in start position without driver. The driver goes to liquor shop for carry liquor in the bag. You are requested to check gps cameras of the bus. And one more thing that I like to say that my destination was krishna vihar next to khera more. A DTC stop board is placed there in front of Ajit kharkhari Ex MLA resident house, but driver refuse to stop bus there, and says that this is only for dtc not for cluster. You are requested to take stick action against the driver and please inform me, otherwise I will to be complaint to higher authorities. I am Paras and my no is [protected]

I would like to inform you that I get cluster bus route no 764link from dwarka mor to manglapuri depot at about 8:30 am. The bus no is DL 1PD 0073 . The behaviour of condector was very bad. He miss behave with other passengers too. One thing I would like to tell that condector force me to take 10 rupees coin in damage condition, I request to condector coin is damge condition, so please change it. Change also available so please provide but person use abuse. This is ver bad.i request to you sir / madam if not provide help than stop to torcher public.

I am boarding Kair Depot’s 588 route bus No.216 starting from Uttam Nagar around 5.45 AM at G Block Hari Nagar stop on Jail Riad fir going to Dhaula Kuan. Driver is addicted to smoking in the bus and jumps HN Depot traffic light. His complaint written on June 9 while travelling resulted in this driver not stopping bus daily from June 16 till date. Check from GPS tracking and CCTV footage. DM and DIMTS office repeatedly written complaints against this lane violating driver but no action by anyone including Tpt Minister and Tpt Commr who have also been sent copies of all mails. Conductor from DTC and marshal daily witness this erring driver but they are just not reporting to DM Kair.

ओर बहुत गंदी गाड़ी रोड पर चल रहा था। आप से निवेदन है इस ड्राइवर को नौकरी से बहाल कर दीजिए और मझसे माफी मांगे । अगर अपने कोई करवाई नही की तो में पुलिस compalin तक जाओगे
ऐसे ही कुछ ड्राइवरो से दिल्ली का नाम ख़राब हो रहा है
इसके ड्राइवर लाइसेंस की भी जांच की जाए। ये जैसे गाड़ी चला रहा है लोगो को जान मान का खतरा है।
