I am Ritvik Panwar, I am writing this complaint regarding my Seafarer Identity Document.
I had completed my biometric and document verification for SID on 04th January 2023 from MMD NOIDA but until now i have not received my SID and the BSID portal is showing forwarded for dispatch since last 3-4 days but it is not dispatched yet
My SID Application number is 201872

Myself Jeya sundar Indos no: 08EL0369. i am trying to apply for sid. Last time i cancelled the appointment. But still it shows the same appointment date and i am not able to make a new appointment. Further i paid before several months, hence i thought of making payment again, but that also not working. it says payment already done. now i have a pressure from my company to make sid for joining. Kindly help me out so that i can join without delay.

I have applied for Indian CDC on 18-JAN-2023 at SMO Kolkata. The only update I got till date is that my CDC application is under verification process.

It's been 3rd week now. I have checked with my state Exam board verification office. As per the officials they haven't received any verification request from SMO Kolkata on my name and registration number. Please look into the matter and I already have deadline to join the ship on 28th of February.

Please help.

this is maneesh verma applied for cdc replacement (REP/SMO(M)/023/53816)on 23 jan. untill now the status is under process . also the dc of gtfc in under process.please rectify

I applied for the SID card on Feb. 9th. 2021, after checking the status online after about 2 months it was showing as dispatched but still didn't receive, all my efforts were in vain even after sending several emails to FG Shipping with all the details I didn't receive any answer all my emails were ignored and never replied back.

Please let me know where my SID disappeared if it was dispatched.

After multiple mails still I haven't got any reply from your side as I am facing issue with my indos profile which is not able to login and not able to reset my password due to invalid email id poping up however the mail id is already the same which is registered with my indos profile

Kindly assist as soon as possible due to which I am not able to apply for SID card.

I have submitted the application with 1 wrong document, so i have tried to reapply for CDC.. but i can't . It tells "Application already submitted " and my application is under varification from 3 weeks. So please cancel my cdc Application so I can apply for new cdc application...

There are lot of crew members facing a lot of sid issues like unable to apply, unable to cancel previous appointments and reschedule a new appointment, rejected applications not processing after making necessary changes, asking to make repeatedly payments despite making it, not refreshung the system and hence every one getting errors

I applied for CDC on (28/12/2022).My CDC has been rejected on (31/01/2023) due to non receival of verification of Educational qualification certificate from the Kerala board (SSLC).

On 1/02/2023 i directly went to enquire about the same from the board. They said that due to some technical reasons they could not process it. They given me word that they will send it with in 2 to 3 days.

I want to know that as my application has already rejected by SMO Kolkata.
Should I reapply or resubmit the application again or i should wait as the Kerala board will send verified documents with in 2 to 3 days.

My name is shivam soni, I have submitted my CDC application on[protected]. And it is stills showing under process. Trying to connect DGs but no one is reverting on e-mail and calls. only after getting fresh CDC in hand I'll be able to apply for SID, and visa process. My last date of assignment completion is[protected]. for cruise. I can't join ship Without getting DCD in hand.

I have applied for replacement of Indian cdc on 28-Dec-2022. The status is showing Application approved but its still not dispatched. Its been more than 1 month request you to dispatch the CDC as soon as possible so that I can join my vessel.

Request you again to do the needful for cdc so that I can get my cdc as soon as possible. It would help me to join on proper time.

I had applied an application for CDC on 19th Dec at SMO office mumbai and it is still showing that it is yet to be approved, I request you to look into the matter and help me as I have to apply for visa.

I've applied for CDC on 22th december 2022. It's been a month and it's showing application is under verification process.
It hasn't been approved yet. My joining is getting delayed because of this issue and if its not done my job offer may be cancelled

I have applied for indian cdc as on 01-Dec-2022. The only update i got till date is that my cdc application is under verification process to under process. There is no update from two month other than under process status.
i personally check with My education board for 10th certificate verification, but they dint received any file for verification from last two month and till date,

As per Annexure letter F.No CR/CDC/Special/08/2013-Pt. Dated 31.01.2019 notice from DG shipping side SOP says this, Point no 5, In case the verification is not received from the Board within a period of 30 days, CDC may be issued provisionally...ETC,

at least confirm something so I can join on the cruise on next schedule because I am not gonna able to join on time as it is on by Feb 2023.

So kindly request you to do the needfull for cdc application so that i could get my cdc as soon as possible. It would help me to join on proper time.

Respected sir, Iam not able to cancel my old appointment as it is stating that your application is under process.
I want to take a New appointment, I already have paid the fees twice.

I have applied for CDC on 6th of december 2022.. and from 20th of december its showing me on the tracking status that my application has been approved but its not getting dispatch. what should i do??/
