Sir this is akshay das from kolkata i have recharge by mistake 1000 in wrong vc no - [protected] on 23/09/2018 through paytm and i have submitted the complaint in dish tv customer care department and my correct vc number is [protected] i have given all my invoice details along with order id - [protected] operator reference number - arec[protected] transaction id - [protected] after all conversation with the customer car department they given me the complaint num[protected] and assure me that they will forward my balance in my correct vc num within next 2 hrs the conversation time was 8:21 pm on 23/09/2018 but my problem is that till now they didnt do any thing till now i have call 5 time on 24/0/2018 from 9 am morning but every time they transfer there call to there senior officer my registerd mobile with dish tv is - [protected] sir its a humble request kindly do something for this fraud company Was this information helpful? | |||
