Ditto TV — Non activation of my ditto tv pack paid twice through prepaid mobile[protected] | |||||
This has reference to my telephonic talk with mr. ruhan (as far as i recall), customer care officer at dittotv on july 25 and told about my payment of rs.50/- through prepaid mobile no.[protected]airtel) on 23/07/2016 for a 3 months pack subscription of their widely advertised "t. v. on mobile with 100channels" and requested to get my subscription activated (still not activated). But to my utter surprise he (customer officer), made me tempted to get the 3 months pack activated immediately if i have a balance in my prepaid mobile no.[protected]. he also promised to get my previous paid amount of rs.50/- activated afterwards through back office. Accordingly as per his instructions i got my mobile account balance deducted with rs.49/- under their txn. no. 75178936 at 01:29 pm for 3 months pack subscription. the account is still showing "not subscribed" May i request your good office to get the matter resolved by getting me justice for a total of 6 months pack subscription activated immediately. My I subscribed the ditto t.v. Subscription 25/07/2016 through mobile using my phone balance. Rs 50 amount charged from my main balance. But ditto t.v. Not opens. Error msg is your not subscribed.
Same process dome on same day with 1month subscription. But same error is coming. Kindly check and activate by subscription.
