Ditto TV — Not allowing login through phone number | |||||
Hi subscribed it through my gmail account. Now I bought new panasonic tv to watch ditto tv through its app on it. However, to watch on tv, app require my mobile number. I contacted customer service to register my mobile. But they asked me subscribed it again through mobile number. they can not register my mobile number. This is totally unfair to pay twice to get same service. They should able to register my mobile number. Was this information helpful? | |||||
