Domino's Pizza — Bill Not given after ordering Pizza.

I have ordered 2 medium pizza one was 'country special' and other was 'farm house' and one 'coke' on 1st June'2015 at Domino's Huda City Center Metro, Gurgaon . Timing was around 3pm to 4pm. Contact details given was 'Sachin' and number listed was '[protected]'. And my order was of Rs 695, which was paid in cash. I have not been given any bill reason stated by them was due to some system hang issue. Kindly find the details. and generate my bill. I have also listed this issue on there site as a concern in feedback whose Reference ID is: 655528 . But still no response is there from the Domino, s side.

Updated by Ashvani Saini The Domino's people are calling and asking me to come to there Huda City Centre Location just because they cannot go to my location. Now also they are not giving me my bill of that date. Instead of this they are offering me 200 Rs money back for my order of Rs 695, saying that they will refund me Rs 200 which are over charged from me.

Now if it was over charged, then this case comes to a serious issue and it raises a question about dominoes.

Why was I over charged?
Does this happens at dominoes every time?
Does your employees overcharge from customers and the money goes into there pockets?

I need my bill for that date only!!

Updated by Ashvani Saini the issue is still pending. Even though you have notified the dominos, still there is no expected reply from there side. The manager of the restaurant called me yesterday and simply denied to provide me the bill as expected. I need the bill for the order in any case.

I have worst experience with dominos. They people can do anything just to save themselves although they have worst pizza in this world. The delivery boy did not give me the bill when i raised issue he came at my place and gave me bill 2 hours later and their 30min delivery policy is also fake. You just have to use ur brains choosing before dominos or pizza hut. I have votes for pizza hut. They have classic pizza and classy dedicated towards their work kind of people.
