Domino's Pizza — Charges debited twice for single order, no customer support

I tried to order pizzas of rs.217 from the Domino app on 18th May 817;54 PM. I used the Paytm app for the transaction and money was debited from my account. But at that time order didn't go through. On the app, it said, "Something went wrong" and no order was registered. After that I redirected to do payment page again and I enter my password, so amount debited twice for single order.
also i tried to connect to customer support but there was no proper customer service available to assist with this issue.
Moreover as per paytm customer support, payment is made to the dominoz.

So I need help for getting the refund as soon as possible. Because its taking too much time.
