Hi Team,
I placed an online order through the Domino’s app on 6th April 2025.

Order #1 (Order ID: 5): I received a call from the outlet informing me that they could not process my order as it was outside their delivery range. Since it was a prepaid order, the amount was refunded to me promptly after the cancellation.

Order #2 (Order ID: 11): This order was accepted by the outlet; however, I did not receive a confirmation email or call from them. After an hour, I received an update stating that the order was out for delivery. However, there was an issue with the delivery location: I live in Vaiti Wadi, Samta Nagar, Thane, Mumbai, but the order was booked for Samta Nagar, Aurangabad.

When I contacted the delivery rider at +91 [protected], I explained the situation. The rider asked me to share my current location, and they would try to reroute the order to Thane. However, the rider was initially reluctant to provide the manager’s contact details. After some insistence, the rider provided me with two phone numbers:

Mr. Ali: +91 [protected]

Unfortunately, these managers initially seemed supportive but later stopped responding to my calls.

My primary request is a refund of the amount paid, which should be credited back to the original payment method.

For reference, the order was placed at the Kali Bawadi Jalna Road Domino’s Pizza, located at:
Upper Ground Floor, Shop No UG 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8, City Pride Commercial Complex
The phone number provided by customer support, +91 [protected], was incorrect.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this matter at the earliest.

    Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
    I, Devina Kumari, Ordered 3 pizzas from Dominos in Patna, bailey Road branch via Swiggy . The Dominos order no. was 208. The Delivery guy called me, but unfortunately the call was missed. I called him back atleast 15 times but he didn't picked up. I tried calling Dominos store also but it was not reachable. I complained on Swiggy and Dominos both but none of them helped. I lost my hard earned INR 836 to this act of forgery and theft by Dominos and Swiggy.
    Request you to kindly initiate my refund and take necessary action against Swiggy and Dominos both for the metal Trauma they have caused to me.

      Complaint Regarding Misbehavior and Unprofessional Delivery Experience
      Dear Domino's Customer Support Team,
      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience with my recent order from Domino's India.
      Order Details:
      Order ID: 428 at Wardha Location situated in Maharashtra
      Date & Time:[protected] @ 22.53 Pm
      Delivery Address: In front of shani mandir kachi line wardha-442001
      When my order was out for delivery, I was shocked to find that both the delivery partner and the manager changed the delivery location without my consent, solely for their convenience. This not only caused unnecessary confusion but also created an inconvenience as I had made specific arrangements to receive the delivery at the provided address With in 30 Minute.
      Moreover, the behavior displayed by the delivery partner and the manager was unprofessional and disrespectful. Their attitude was dismissive, and they failed to address my concerns properly. even when i was talk to store manager on...are arrived ? its is right ?
      2. if i was try to contact the manager but when i was talk with them thay said to me that i cant do anything because i reject the delivery ? its is like blackmail to customer ? is this your policy to treat like this ?
      3 even store manager and delivery partner misbehave with me i also share the contact details of the said delivery partner too (+91 [protected])
      in this mail i share the screen shot of the order details along with the location of the delivery and status that thay arrive to my location to escape the compliance of 30 min delivery
      i also share the photo of delivery partner who make nonsense talk with me,
      I expect a prompt investigation into this matter. Kindly ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future, and appropriate action is taken against the staff involved.
      I would appreciate a response regarding the outcome of this complaint.

        I am writing to raise a concern regarding an issue I faced today, February 21, 2025, at 02:05 AM, when I placed an order that unfortunately failed, and ₹713 was deducted from my account.

        Details of the Failed Order:

        Payment Mode: Pay by Any UPI App, Domino's Wallet
        Items Ordered:

        1 x Veggie Paradise - ₹588.00
        2 x Veg Parcel - ₹98.00
        Subtotal: ₹686.00
        Discount: -₹30.00
        Taxes & Charges: ₹67.80
        Domino's Wallet Payment: ₹11.00
        Grand Total: ₹713.00
        As mentioned, this was a paid order, but the order failed, and I have not yet received a refund. Kindly check the status of the transaction and process the refund as soon as possible.

            The payment is completed from my side of Rs. 347 by UPI app Paytm with transaction id:[protected] but it shows failed on domino's app and even the domino's doesn't give the order id or refund of the amount and the store says they don't know about the order yet.

              Am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the food quality and the service I received from your Devanahalli store. I have been a loyal customer for the past 4 years, consistently ordering from this location, but I am very disappointed with the experience I had recently.

              I placed an order and specifically paid extra for a cheese burst on both pizza. However, upon receiving the order, I found that there was absolutely no cheese burst in the pizza. This was especially upsetting as I had ordered the pizza for a 4-year-old child at home, and the entire experience was very disappointing.

              To make matters worse, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with food quality at this store. I have previously raised complaints about the same, and every time, I was promised that the next order would meet the standard or that I would receive a discount. Yet, nothing ever seems to improve.

              After receiving the order, I immediately checked the items and wanted to return the pizza. I called Mr. Yogesh, who I have been in contact with regularly, to inform him of the issue. Instead of offering any assistance or resolving the matter, he spoke to the delivery driver and instructed him not to take any further orders from us in the future. He also refused to collect the items back, and as a result, we did not eat the pizza.

              This kind of rude behavior and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. As a long-time customer, I feel disrespected and frustrated by the repeated poor experiences and the way I was treated during this incident. I am very disappointed that my concerns were met with such an inappropriate response.

              Yogesh cancelled this order, and I urge you to investigate this matter seriously. It is disheartening to face such issues despite being a loyal customer for years. I also hope you will address the ongoing food quality concerns, as it is not the first time I’ve encountered such issues.

              Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution.

                Each time I contacted them, I received generic responses and apologies, but no concrete action has been taken to resolve my issue. It has now been over 10days, which is an unreasonable delay.

                  I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Domino’s Pizza for their gross negligence and breach of their 30-minute delivery promise. On [17/11/2024], I placed an order for [Margherita pizza] order number [184] at the time [19:47] from the [I don't know] outlet. Despite their advertised guarantee, my order was not delivered for a staggering 72 hours.
                  Despite multiple attempts to contact the store manager and customer service, I have received no satisfactory resolution. The store manager's response was dismissive, suggesting that I place another order instead of offering a refund or compensation.                     I have placed an order on 2 November 2024, at first they said you have selected wrong address we are transferring it to the nearby store to deliver to you at earliest.
                    After waiting for almost 2 hours, when no such order got delivered to me, i called the store and asked to cancel it . They immediately cancelled it and said the refund will be credited within 24 hours.
                    But its been 5 days now, no such refund is done till today.
                    Order numbr was 167 and amount is 459.

                      Placed order today amount of 303 rupees.
                      But order got failed in the middle and Amazon pay got deducted the amount and got cash back of 10 rupees to Amazon pay balance.

                      I didn't get any message about order.
                      I called to customer service of Domino's; they confirmed the order not received.

                        I have Visited an Outlet in satellite in wide angle people over there were not Helpful even there were bees on the Table, When i said to clean they didn't even cleaned it.

                        The veggies which they used were totally rotten u can clearly see it in photo

                          Sir/ Madam,

                          My concern is regarding the following order done at 11.29 pm on 19.04.2024 with a 30 minutes delivery guarantee.

                          Burger Pizza- Classic Veg
                          Cheesy Dip
                          Classic Stuffed Garlic Bread

                          I received the order on the next day i.e. on 20.04.204 at around 12.20 am.
                          When enquired from the Store Manager, he started making excuses and refused to compensate.So, I paid the delivery boy for the order.
                          When opened, it was all soggy inside and cold Paneer Stuffed Garlic Bread was sent inspite of Cheese Stuffed Garlic Bread, and that too not properly baked and raw. My baby has an allergy with dairy products so I ordered for a Cheese stuffed Garlic Bread. You can imagine how it would had been a heart broken moment for a 4 year old kid at this late night time where I can't even order again. Also, landline number of the Store was put on hold and I cant even make the call for my issue to the Restaurant.

                          I Emailed my complaint to guest care dominos on 20th April but again in vain. I again E-mailed the complaint on 24.04.2024 but again no response. I called customer care on 26.04.2024 and they in turn connected me to the Store manager which I had specifically mentioned in my first Email as Store managers do manipulate their customers. Same thing happened and I was told by the Store Manager to call him personally next time I order.
                          Again I called customer care and I was assured to had a conversation with one of the Senior Executives but again I was connected with the Store Manager.

                          Lastly I again called Customer Care and ask her to get me connected to the Senior Executive Manager. She assured me but again I was connected to the Store Manager.

                          I don't know why they are forwarding my call to the Store Manager if he is not able to resolve my complaint.

                          I am eligible for 300 E Coupons or Vouchers for breach of 30 minutes delivery guarantee clause as per the company policy.
                          Then where is the compensation for cold, soggy, unbaked order and above that wrong order. Who shall be made responsible when my 4 year kid is allergic to dairy products like milk, curd, paneer etc. since his birth.

                          That is the only reason I never order Paneer Stuffed Garlic Bread which you can track from my previous orders since years.

                          I request to give the best possible compensation alongwith my previous order, either it be in the form of monetary compensation or providing compensatory E- coupons or Vouchers in addition to my previous order.and not constrained to lodge a complaint against the Consumer Redressal Forum, the charges for which, in either case, shall not be less that Rs. 10, 000 along with legal procedure charges.

                          I hope for an early and positive resolution from your end.

                            I have ordered dominos pizza but my order does not complete and my money will cut from my amazon pay gift card
                            And that amount is 205, and that same process repeted two time som my total amount is 410rs
                            As per rule of refund of dominos money will refund in 5-7 days but my money will not get me
                            And today is 34 s day but not get refund
                            I atteched my transection id and giftcard id that i will process this amount

                              I was travelling from Secunderabad to Bhubaneshwar by train no 08846 on 20th March. I had ordered food from Dominos at Viziznagram Jn. and at 10 24 PM I received a call from Dominos saying that my order has been cancelled due to delay in train. ( attaching screenshot of sms sent by Dominos subsequently)

                              However, in my IRCTC account it reflects that my order has been delivered at 11:41 PM. I have not received any order and would want my refund.

                              I had lodged a complaint with IRCTC on 22nd March but no response till date.

                              I have called up Dominos twice and each time they say that they will look into it and revert. But they never revert.

                              It's more than 10 days now. Kindly look into it and refund the paid amount.

                                Didn't get the refund after failed order confirmation

                                I tried to order pizzas of rs.449 from the Domino app on 10th February 8 PM. I used the PhonePe app for the transaction and money was debited from my account. But at that time order didn't go through. On the app, it said, "Something went wrong" and no order was registered. After that on the app, there was no proper customer service available to assist with this issue.

                                So I submitted a complaint on this forum...

                                On 17.03.2024 I tried ordering Pizza through " Domino's Pizza App" and Made payment with my UPI app amounting to Rs 326/- The amount has been deducted from my account but, order was not placed .

                                Immediately I placed second order by using My Net Banking Payment of amounting to Rs 326/- and then the order got placed and delivered in minutes.

                                So, I Made Payment of Rs 326/- towards Domino's Pizza.

                                So I Called Domino's Restaurant (Domino's Pizza Nearby Branch) and explained the above issue (Branch CC Mobile No. [protected]).

                                Please help me to get refund of Rs 326/- ASAP.

                                  The amount was deducted from my bank but the order was not placed

                                  I placed an order of Rs.417 from domino's pizza and the amount got deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed....

                                  I Ordered From Dominos Yesterday As The Order Was Showing Guaranteed Delivery In 20 Mins So I Asked Them For A Refund On Receiving The Order Late First The Outlet Representative Tried To Manipulate Me With The Wrong Terms And Conditions And When I Read Them From The App Properly He Agreed To Give 200 Coins As Per Rules.
                                  When I Didn't Receive Anything Till Now So I Wrote A Mail To Dominos To Officially Handle The Case.
                                  After That The Same Staff Started Calling Me And Again Manipulating The Rules When He Couldn't Win The Argument With Fake Points He Started Using Bad Language And Also Threatened Me For Not Being Locally From This City (Bangalore).
                                  Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I ordered to domino’s today 28th of July @ 8:05pm Rupees of 1234 and I received @ 8:50 pm.
                                  Now what?? It is red alert for you because I received my ordered of 3ed person not from your
                                  Staff and surprisely he told me that please pay me the payment of my personal number. Delivery boy Name is Nikhil and he was not the staff of dominos i socked and ask for the staff then he told me his bike is not working that is why he is not come. And when I inquiring about staff then Nikhil call to Rohit and request for come to the location and after 10min he arrived.
                                  In between his behaviour is very rude he used abuse language and he was not apologised. Even he was asked us what had I done?? I talk to Mr. Saurav Miti and other staff for the same but I didn’t get satisfactory answer and I need one more answer if anything happens to my home who is responsible??
