Ordered pizza from Domino's App and amount debited from account but still not showing any order in the app

Ordered pizza from Domino's App on 21 January 2024. Paid online from Amazon pay UPI and the amount debited from bank account but still not showing any order in the Domino's application.

Called Domino's store and they are saying that they didn't receive any order. Also bank is saying that amount is paid to the name of Domino's.

So where is my money? I want my money back. Please resolve this issue ASAP....

The payment request was sent to PhonePe and transaction was successful.

Fake gift card

I got a egift card worth rupees 500 from my organization in Dec2022.
When I redeemed to place the order in one of the outlets in Nashik, I received only 41 rupees and remaining balance was asked by the Dominos team to pay. Argument happened between me and the store owner as I order the food within the balance limit, I have been following up with Dominos customer service team since then, mailed them multiple times, there no resolution...

Delivery executive Rude Behaviour

Delivery executive of this branch is very arrogant and showed very worst bad behaviour. He was unable to find the location and showed rude behaviour to me. If this is how your customers are treated, then no one will order in your store. I am really fed up with these disgusting people and their behaviour. Really thumbs down dominos. I didn't expect this kind of worst behaviour and response from your side. Hope you atleast return the money...

Not getting duplicate copy of bill

Address: C5, 1st Floor, Saraswati Lok, Meerut, UP

On 7th Aug2022 I placed order (198) via application on my registered mobile number ([protected]) and got the order as well.

On 10th Aug2022 I requested for Duplicate copy of the bill for above order but till now I've not received any update or satisfactory response from Domino's

moreover I've dropped the email also in this regards via my email (ankit.[protected]@rediffmail.com) but issue not resolved yet....

Extremely Bad Experience

Refund for delivering a wrong order

I had placed an order for a different product and even paid extra money for it. I received a wrong order and when I complained about it, they put less than half of the total amount in the Domino’s App wallet....

About the too late delivery and messed up product I got

I ordered a pizza worth rs. 269.20 from Domino's. Their delivery partner took too long of 1 hours and 30 min late delivery.
After i opened my packet i saw the whole thing was messed up in a manner which looks like the total waste of money.
Please refund my money and take your messed up pizza back....

I placed the order of 1 pizza mania-paneer and onion and 1 pizza mania- onion and the payment was made through gpay and the amount was also debited from my account and after that the order was not accepted/confirmed.

30 minutes delivery guarantee not delivered on time it was more than 1 hour late

I had ordered a pizza on 8th December 2021 which had "30 minutes delivery guarantee" and it reached to delivery more than 1 hour late. So Domino's failed to keep the promise of not being able to delivery with 30 minutes . Domino's refund the amount if it fails to deliver on time. I have mailed everyday to Domino's but the problem is not resolved till date I am given fake promises everyday by mails and calls from Domino's...

Staff Behaviour

I want to complaint about one of dominos staff chandana in my near dominos outlet howrah dobson road kolkata.
Whenever we used to call and talk about anything is very very rude and also she uses slang as well while talking with any customer my other friends near me have also complaint about this previously but no actions where taken against her.
So it's my kind request to dominos to please release such employees...

Payment Done But Order not showing in the order history

Today between 5pm to 6pm I was ordering pizza at dominos through their online dominos app.I selected my order and used my Amazon pay upi to pay the amount but after I got a message that the transaction was successful of 397 then I check the order history but their not showing my order.
