I placed an online order through the Domino’s app on 6th April 2025.
Order #1 (Order ID: 5): I received a call from the outlet informing me that they could not process my order as it was outside their delivery range. Since it was a prepaid order, the amount was refunded to me promptly after the cancellation.
Order #2 (Order ID: 11): This order was accepted by the outlet; however, I did not receive a confirmation email or call from them. After an hour, I received an update stating that the order was out for delivery. However, there was an issue with the delivery location: I live in Vaiti Wadi, Samta Nagar, Thane, Mumbai, but the order was booked for Samta Nagar, Aurangabad.
When I contacted the delivery rider at +91 [protected], I explained the situation. The rider asked me to share my current location, and they would try to reroute the order to Thane. However, the rider was initially reluctant to provide the manager’s contact details. After some insistence, the rider provided me with two phone numbers:
Mr. Mahesh: +91 [protected]
Mr. Ali: +91 [protected]
Unfortunately, these managers initially seemed supportive but later stopped responding to my calls.
My primary request is a refund of the amount paid, which should be credited back to the original payment method.
For reference, the order was placed at the Kali Bawadi Jalna Road Domino’s Pizza, located at:

The phone number provided by customer support, +91 [protected], was incorrect.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I ordered to domino’s today 28th of July @ 8:05pm Rupees of 1234 and I received @ 8:50 pm.
Now what?? It is red alert for you because I received my ordered of 3ed person not from your
Staff and surprisely he told me that please pay me the payment of my personal number. Delivery boy Name is Nikhil and he was not the staff of dominos i socked and ask for the staff then he told me his bike is not working that is why he is not come. And when I inquiring about staff then Nikhil call to Rohit and request for come to the location and after 10min he arrived.
In between his behaviour is very rude he used abuse language and he was not apologised. Even he was asked us what had I done?? I talk to Mr. Saurav Miti and other staff for the same but I didn’t get satisfactory answer and I need one more answer if anything happens to my home who is responsible??
