Domino's Pizza — complaint regarding manager

Please note this complaint is regarding nerul navi mumbai haware domino's branch and this is regarding the managers rude behaviour and not at all having any etiquettes nor any courtesy to talk with customer. I had order two pizzas and which was supposed to deliver within 30 minutes but it had delivered after that and still had to pay because of the nuisance of the manager i am not sure about his name but i guess his name is harshad. I want you guys to take an action on him
