Domino's Pizza — dominos not providing water at outlet

Some outlets of dominos provide water but some just dont and they argue when asked about the same. They charge for something as simple as water. I have heard that government asks every food joint to provide clean, free of cost drinking water. Then why is dominos not following this?
When asked about why they are charging for it. They replied rudely saying it is what it is. This was in inorbit mall outlet, malad, mumbai. At the end we had to pay for water. They had branded water (Bailey). I am not sure if this is a practice to gain more money as well as comission from bailey

Hello, I ordered pizza last night but I found hair on my pizza, because of heavy rain fall I can't return it to you back.

My order had 30 mins pizza delivery guaranteed but it has been 50 minutes now and still it didn't get delivered. I don't know where my order is.
This is really very unacceptable from dominos.

Also the contact number is also unavailable for assistance.

Hi,
Today i have visited dominoz zirakpur. When I asked for water then attendant told me that i will have to pay coz they don't have normal water. But staff was having normal water. At last i have paid to drink normal water.
