I placed order at dominos at 3:30 in dera bassi Punjab. There were no updates about tracking. after half hour i tried to call them at the dominos store. Phone number was invalid. After that tried to chat on dominos App. They were not responding after half hour i got reply, "Thank you for chatting". Didn't get any response to solve the problem or look into the problem. After 1.5 hour later, i was able to contact them at same number, they picked the phone and said, order is out for delivery. I waited 2 hours long, still there was no order, no update, nothing from dominos end. After 3 hours later i received the order. Who can wait for food 3 hours. They grunted in half hour delivery. But when i asked for refund, they said refund will be provided if order failed or canceled. Dominos not taking any responsibility. If they cant provide the service why they open the restaurant? why they are taking the orders and disturbing people, wasting time, monhey and mental peace of people. Was this information helpful? |
