I got a egift card worth rupees 500 from my organization in Dec2022.
When I redeemed to place the order in one of the outlets in Nashik, I received only 41 rupees and remaining balance was asked by the Dominos team to pay. Argument happened between me and the store owner as I order the food within the balance limit, I have been following up with Dominos customer service team since then, mailed them multiple times, there no resolution yet, I need the reimbursement as fast as possible.
