Domino's Pizza — False advertising regarding 30 minutes or free

I had order a pizza which came an hour late. When I asked the guy about the "30 minutes or free" service agreement they said that it doesn't apply on weekends and asked me to contact his manager for further enquiry. When I contacted his manager, he told me the same thing. So I asked him if this was written or explained somewhere. He said no, but in case of high order rate etc. Dominos can withrdaw this service guarantee - He asked to read the fine print in the "30 minutes free delivery guarantee". Which reads as follows: Terms & Conditions Maximum liability for Domino’s Pizza is Rs. 300. Orders of 4 or more pizzas / baked sides (in case of only side delivery) qualify as bulk orders and shall not be valid for service guarantee of less than 30 minutes or free. Service Guarantee of 30 Minutes or Free is also applicable only on one Pizza Mania combo of 4. Delivery guarantee is applicable at the first barrier point (security guard/reception etc.). Domino’s Pizza does not penalize its drivers for late delivery. 30 minutes or free is not applicable when restaurant operating conditions are not suitable, this will be announced at the time of taking the order. Domino’s Pizza reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior intimation.30 minutes delivery guarantee shall not be applicable on New Years eve, on Ganesh Festival, Christmas and Durga Pooja, the service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery. 30 minutes delivery guarantee not applicable on timed orders. In the agreement he particularly referred to the statement "Domino’s Pizza reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior intimation" - So essentially they can withdraw the service guarantee with or without any cause and without any notice. Also, the maximum liability they take is Rs. 300 while they claim that it's free. I beleive this is false advertising and legal steps should be taken against this.
