Domino's Pizza — food was not delivered but marked as delivered

Hi, today i have ordered 3 pizzas from dominos dlf 1, newtown, kolkata. It was paid at the time of order via net banking. I received a message that it will be delivered within 30 minutes. But after 50 mins it wasn't deliver and even when i track the status of my delivery, it was showing as delivered. My oder number was 280. I ordered the pizza on 11:53pm at 29th nov 2018 with the registered mobile number [protected].

Yes, this happened to me as well. Domino's customer support is useless and they don't care in resolving the issues. its been 10 day's since the issue happened and no one is taking responsibility there.
