Domino's Pizza — gift card not working and still deactivated

Had been following up with dominos for the last 8 days w. R. T my gift card activation but in vein. Also, the team has stopped responding to my email queries. Though the team claimed the activation processed as per the last email but still the card is under deactivated state and not working.

This has led me enter into an embarrassing situation and beach of trust completely from dominos, was unable to order the pizza on my father's birthday that was on 22/03/2018.

Need the resolution asap. Kindly refer the email for further details.

Life time don't buy the Domino's Pizza gift cards. Customer support not even a single time responded for my mail.

I have got dominos gift card. I am trying to activate card using the below link and sending message as below.

DOMACT10-digit card number6-digit card pin to 56767.

I am getting message request can't not be processed . Please visit dominos.co.in for more details.

Called customer care and online chat also. They have given this mail ID.

Please let me know how to activate the card. It is complicated process. Why can't you make the process easy.

Hi,
I have Domino's gift cards but I am unable to activate online as well as offline. I m not not able to receive OTP through sms on any mobile.
