My name is Babu. I received a message from Dominos (DM-080008) on 10 Oct with the following message 'Double the Indulgence for ur tastebuds with Dominos. Buy One Pizza Get One Free Offer. Free Pizza same/lesser category. Call 68886888. Coupon code:A09ANAPN.Vld:19Oct. T&C' So I called today (19-Oct) around 7:30 pm to place the order. They said they dont have such a code in their system and asked me to order online. When I ordered online they said invalid coupon. I spoke to Mr. Ashwani online and he asked to call 68886888. I called them again. I forwarded my message to Mr. Parminder. After talking to another 2 - 3 people, Mr. Prince talked to me and said that they cannot give this offer since its not in their system. I told him I am a regular user of Dominos and asked him to check my record. I also told him I never had any problems like this before. He told me he saw my records and saw that I usually take 1 + 1 offer. So if one time i dont get this offer it shouldn't be a big deal. He was also saying that the offers are usually till 5 pm only. I told him it is not mentioned in any of the messages I have recieved til date. I also told him that I have a function in my house and thats why I am keeping on calling you. But to no avail. From what I can see from this is that, Dominos doesnt care about their mistakes and are not willing to make any sort of adjustments. It was clear from the response that IF YOU WANT DOMINOS YOU TAKE IT, ELSE WE DONT CARE. Whatever happens, I will always remember this bad taste I got from Dominos. So please dont make any offers which you cant deliver or if you make offers then u should deliver it.
