Domino's Pizza — money got deducted twice for single order | |||
I placed an order on 2 feb the payment was first made from amazon pay but the order was placed. I again did the payment from google pay for the same order post that i received order confirmation msg on my mobile. The order was late by 1 hour. Its more that 18 days still waiting for refund of 1444 for payment and 300 for late order. No resolution till date from dominos customer care they are just passing time. They are not even confirming which payment option they considered for order since money got deducted from both. Never going make upfront payment in case dominos i think cash payment is best for these king of thief's Was this information helpful? | |||

Preparation of stuff garlic bread is not cooked properly. Burn in taste. I had a photo of that.

I used my Paytm Wallet to pay for an order at Dominos Online. Money was deducted from my account but the order failed. I have already contacted Paytm Customer Care and they replied that the transaction was successful at their end and Dominos will have to initiate the refund process. Please find attached the relevant screen shots.
I ordered pizza from Domino's dated[protected] or[protected]. Both times pizza come late and they said they will give refund in 10 working days but after 25 days I didn't get any refund from Domino's I called many times in Domino's customer care but they didn't not give any response. Please resolve this issue any process my refund
