[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — order unsuccessful but amount debited from account | |
I had ordered for a pizza and coke online from the dominos pizza website. The total bill amounted to rs. 385. I had paid the amount via my mastercard. The transaction was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 1/12/2017. Refund was promised within 3-5 days but i haven't received it yet. The transaction number is lhmp[protected]. Could you please look into the details and give me a reply.

Tried ordering twice through Domino's app. Payment of Rs. 45 debited through UPI both the time but order wasn't confirmed. An error occurred message was showing but amount was debited from my account. Refund is not credited. Please look into this matter and refund my amount. Payment screenshot attached.

Hello. i placed an online order for INR 660.00 on May 17, 2021 at 9:22 PM through credit card. i received a confirmation SMS from my bank that the amount was deducted, however my Order was not placed successfully. i have tried chatting through your website, but there's no option to discuss this. i tried calling customer complaints, but never gets connected.
