Domino's Pizza — Payment deducted from my account but order not placed

I ordered a pizza online via dominos app on 25 Sep 2020.The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs534) i payed via paytm wallet. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my paytm wallet and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my paytm wallet at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [ [protected]@gmail.com). I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

Payment deducted from my account but order not placed

Yesterday I ordered four Regular pizzas from the Dominos app. I opted to pay via UPI and an amount of Rs. 595 was deducted from my account, however my order was not placed as the status showed an error.
I request you to please initiate the refund as soon as possible. Please find the attached screenshot of the transaction.

I ordered 1 pizza and chicken wings of total worth ₹404. I opted to pay through debit card. After entering the otp it showed that the transaction failed but the amount got debited and the order was not even placed.
I want a refund as soon as possible.

I order pizza from dominos on 11th dec 2020 and amount of 384 is debited from my account but i order did not get placed.i got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs384) i payed via paytm upi wallet. But then instead of getting redirected to the order page it came as timed out.Please help me and refund my amount as earliest as possible.

I ordered pizza from dominos app on 31st Dec 2020 and amount of ₹345 was debited from my account but the order was not placed . The amount was paid through Google pay but I was not directed to the order confirmation page instead I was taken to the cart where I was asked to place my order again. I made a payment through Phonepay for my order and the transaction is successful, but they said they didn't receive the amount although my money got debited and the transaction is showing successful. There is no info regarding refund.

I ordered a pizza and fries from domino’s, old madras road Bangalore, the amount was rupees 146 . I paid it through Paytm via upi, instead of taking me to confirmed order page it redirected me to the payment option Again, so I would like my money to be refunded as it got deducted from my account
