Domino's Pizza — Payment from PayTM successful money deducted but order status unknown

I placed an order with Dominos website (http://www.dominos.co.in/), made payment of Rs 570/- through PayTM wallet. The amount got debited from my PayTM Wallet and its showing successful in PayTM. But didn't receive order updates from Dominos and order wasn't served eventually. We kept on waiting for 1.5 hours till 11:16 PM, before we were concluded its not going to be placed. Money was deduced from paytm wallet, and credit card.
I spent calling dominos customer care for more than 30 minutes in 4 attempts and could only listen to recorded message of all executives are busy(and Chef Vikas Khanna inspiration pizza) and twice call was connected and disconnected from customer care side without saying anything.
