[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Pizza delivered one and half hour late

Hi, I had ordered pizza online on 6th December 2014 from R T Nagar Domino's(Bangalore) and made the payment online, It was delivered almost after one and half hour late. On calling them around 45 minutes just after placing the order, I told them to deliver the pizza free as per their policy of 30 minutes or free delivery, but they told it cant be free due to many people ordering on Sunday its not possible for them to deliver within 30 minutes. After argument they agreed to refund Rs 300 and told me to get it from the delivery boy. On delivery of the pizza, delivery boy told that money will be refunded to my account automatically within one week and handed over the sorry card to me. Its been two weeks and money is not refunded.
