Very recently i have ordered a 5 pepper cheese burst pizza with chilly chicken as sides. I have ordered it from sapna sangeeta branch Indore as i live in RTO Road. This is the second time the person taking order was denied to make the delivery in half an hour. I agreed to that, and i asked ok...i'll not count the time but make sure to deliver it hot.
Now when the pizza arrives,
1) It was not hot, not even warm.
2) 5 Pepper should be spicy, but it was swet because of tomatoes all over that.
3) the cheese was not there at all. it was not up to mark as cheese burst pizza.
4) The chilly chicken was also cold.
I am filing complaint here a bit late as i was not in city after that. And i got time today only. But i am really very very disappointed from the services of Dominos. Though it has happened twice before, so i had to file a complaint this time.
Please take care of your franchisees, a customer can complaint directly if he visits there and order something, but if he asks for home delivery he can not complaint as delivery boys immediately left after handing over the delivery.
