Domino's Pizza — Refund for a failed order | |||||
I ordered pizza online and paid through Paytm wallet. The money got deducted and I received a message stating that the order could not be processed due to technical reason and that I will receive refund within 7 working days. The order was placed on 17th of February 2017. Today is 27/2/2017 and I still haven't received the refund. I was told by the customer care that I will receive a call from the manager but haven't received any.
