Hi i would like to share my experience with domino's (Vit University) it's been 5 days i'm trying to place order with domino's but it always shows as "selected restaurant is offline" when i try to call domino's they never pickup calls, i never expected this from domino's that since 5 days no-one is able to place orders that is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever.
Kindly have a look into this.

I have placed order for pizza of rs 456 rs. i ordered it online nd it didnot give any confirmation and money was detected from the account.
Even I tried to contact customer care no which was unavailable.

I have been continuously trying to order online with Domino's (chromepet) for three days and the store is constantly offline.Please see to this issue quickly as we people here are not able to order any pizzas.

I'm also getting the same error..why it's showing like shop is offline all the times..when I place advance order then it should also cancelled for no reason..it will create bad opinion about Domino's..

Last few days I have found a message that store is offline but I called the store which is situated at B.T.Road. They told that store is open and online booking is continuously going on. Please solve the problem ASAP. Thank you

Everytime I try to place order, it comes up with "store js currently offline plz feel free to browse the menu" like wtf. This is worst customer service. Hadn't expected this from Domino's.
