Domino's Pizza — unsuccessful in getting my refund back!

My order was from 3rd May. Complaint id: 9331051. I am unable to get my money back and now it has been almost 10 days I’ve been coordinating with CS. They say they are unaware, they will check, manager has gone out. Even today when i called the CS, Sameer said i am the manager and he will revert back. I get the same answers everyday from last 10 days.

Hi
I've ordered dominos pizza on 12the may at 8.32pm but i've received that order at 10 pm which means after 1.30 hours and that was in cold condition.
Its seems like they were baked before 1 hour so we have wasted our money to get that kind of pizza and i want my money back asap
