I have been chasing Domino's from past 11 days to receive an invoice for my order but they are neglected my concern and no action has been taken after several followup. I have called many times to local restaurant and the call has been dropped during the discussion which is an embarrassment situation for me. Please find the below complete summary of issue and do needful

I have ordered Pizza through online from Domino's on 27th April 2019 for business purpose. I had received an order with out invoice and the delivery boy said that i will receive by an email.

I have not received invoice either by email or by SMS confirmation or in domino's website for individual login. I have called to Domino's customer care through[protected] but they suggested me to reach [protected]@jublfood.com for complaints.

I had sent an email to Jublant on 29th April 2019 asking email invoice so that i can claim from my organisation. I had sent several follow up till today, for every follow up i am receiving same response as given below.

"We certainly understand your disappointment and we're closely following up on this to ensure it is sorted out on priority."

I had provided complete details as given below over the mail but I haven't seen progress on concern and no action has been taken by Jublant

    We order pizza on 5 the may 2019 under order no 102 from online order mobile [protected]. It got delivered my son start eating and after some time he said there is something in pizza when we saw it was two insacts. The manage pankaj come from sarabha nagaland ludhiana punjab india. He accept there is an error come from their side. My question is if something happen to my kid or anyone else who eat poison food. I was unable to understand such a big brand deliever these standards

    I ordered pizza which was delayed by 15 mins, he doesn’t even have the manners to talk properly, he was highly Disrespectful and said do what ever you can do.
    Is this the kind of management you have in dominos?

      It is not delivered even after my multiple calls. Nobody answered the call properly and was not able to give me exact status. Everybody disconnected call without answering my questions.

      This is worst customer service i have experienced so far.

      I need an explaination and compensation for this misbehaviour of domino.

        Placed an order before 1hr and still not recieved any delivery and called up to delivery centre number more than 50 times and no response.. Worst service in a row for second time.. Poor quality.. Need action immediately else will take up court on unethical behavior and poor customer service each time shown.. Need full refund and demand proper explanation on this worst customer service and poor quality food

          We have received the crushed pizza's.. And they are not delivered within 30 mins. And it's really disgusting by seeing the worst and poor customer service.. We reported the issue they told they will make an replacement for my order.. We waited for 2 hrs we try to reach them out.. But they stopped responding to our calls it's literally how they are worst customer service if I didn't find proper refund for my order I would like to complain again Dominios in consumer court I hope where I can find proper Justice for my money and time..

            I ordered food via Order No. 140 dated[protected] from registered mobile no. [protected]. I received the order after 1 hour 30 minutes. I demanded my money back as refund under 30 minutes delivery guarantee policy. Further I talked 4-5 times with the respective restaurant as well as with the customer care. They always say that your problem will be resolved soon and restaurant person will talk to you in this matter. But no one came back on call. I am really really disappointed on this.

            You all are making fool o[censored]s. You all are cheats. I need refund for the same.

              Myself aamir from kolkata, india.
              I have ordered a pizza at 19:07 3rd may at park circus store, kolkata, india. And its been almost 1 and half hour i havnt get my order yet.. I call the customer care 5 times and but didnt get any help the number of the store is invalid going on... Every time i called a customer care the same words i am getting to hear that the delivery person is out even i know this but where is the order. From the store its 1 kilometer distance to my home and its taking taking more than 1.5 hours and its still counting. After 1.5 hours i got a call from the delivery boy name ezaz and i told him that i will not take the order inspite of being sorry he cut the phone saying just ok and from then i have not recieved any call from store or customer care support. The weather was clear even not raining i can understand if there is rain its a problem but despite nothing its very dissappoinment... I have already paid the amount online and though i have to starve sitting at home.

                On 1st may 2019 i ordered a pizza from kadubeesanahalli, bengaluru outlet at 3:16 pm, but my pizza reached at 4:01pm. According to the policy if the delivery is done after 30 minutes then the pizza should be free and the same was showing in my domino's app as well. When the delivery guy arrives he said that the policy has been changed and now its 1hr delivery guarantee. I called the outlet and talk with megha who attended my call and she also told me that they have changed the policy and for 1st of may its 1 hr delivery guarantee.
                Even if the policy is changed then they should have informed me before but they didn't, and even in my domino's app it was showing 30 min delivery guarantee.

                Please help me in this situation and refund my money.

                  We ordered for pizza from dominos which was deliver 1.5 hours late & the delivery guy did not have any oregano also with him.
                  It was delivered from the hyderabad - madinaguda branch on 7th april'19 (Order no 274) (Concern ref no[protected]. Based on my feedback i got a call from dominos stating that they would refund me rs.300 since it was delayed from their end within 8-10 working days.
                  It has been almost 1 month & multiple times of follow up from my end to their customer care helpline for which the standard reply i get is... The branch will call me & then they will issue the refund.
                  This is not done from a big brand like dominos - extremely dissatified with the customer experience!!!

                    The issue that i have experienced was: i order a pizza 3 march my pizza not come in time it's comes on after 3 hours in very bad condition i complained the customer care they saying that the refund my amount in one week i don't get any refund i told the many time in customer care no one help me. The store managers says that we don't gave any refund to you.

                      Hello everyone,

                      I am a regular pizza purchaser from dominos, we have been regularly purchasing pizza for quite few years from them but have found the quality consistency and standard gojng down in the last few months, along with the companies carefree attitude towards valuable customer is very discouraging.

                      The incident is dated 22 april 2019 or dr number 32 from the vasco city outlet. The company gave me a 30 minute guarantee but the delivery person comes 55 minutes late and is telling me i won't get any money i will have to eat cold pizza as he had 2 to 3 deliveries to make.

                      When i call the outlet there is a gentlemen by the name yogesh who picks the call and addresses himself as the manager, and he appologies and assures me that i will get money back for the delay.

                      After 3 days i call the outlet and they reassure me that within maximum 7 working days i will get my money back as i had paid online.

                      For the last 3 days the outlet has stopped picking my calls, so i went ahead and called their customer care number they gave me reference number assuring me of an immidiate action on my complaint with call back from the store manager, i also receive the same information through sms from them, but once again same old false promises nothing happens.

                      I call them at customer care and they keep repeating same story but with a tejsg that within 30 minutes their customer supervisor will do call back after 6 hours of waiting i call back and they make wait for 10 minutes before i can speak to a supervisor who makes me repeat the entire storytelling and his best solution is we eill arrange a call back within er hours.

                      My question is why are these companies advertising we only accept 100% customer satisfaction nothing less then that we give 30 minutes time gaurantee when the actual fact is tgey hardly value us or our feedback. They font have any grievance cell or complaint system in place nor do they have a nodal officer who can address customer issues on priority.

                      Why is my family and me suppose to face the music of eating cold tasteless pizza, its really a shame that they still walk scot free without any penalty for this marketing fraud gimmick they are doing to which we fall prey.

                        Hello.
                        I have ordered a pizza from outlet in koramangala 4th block. I was ordering a non veg supreme regular pizza. First thing is pizza was delayed and second thing is they sold me a old pizza that is toppings are very bad smelling and totally pizza was horrible. I complained to the store regarding the same they told that i'll get my money back and they told that they have initiated the refund and it will be back to my source account. But later i got a message that my money is credited to my domino's wallet. I called the manager of the outlet and asked regarding the same he was speaking to me very unprofessional and very rude and his behaviors made me feel not to visit or order anything from domino's pizza. Very disappointed with the service and i want my money back to my source account which i paid the money...

                          I ordered at 9:24 pm and the pizzas arrived by 11 pm. I was unable to track my order, also i called 4 times to the customer care where i didn't get any help as well. I had no option other than to wait for 1hours 40 mins. On top of that, the delivery guy was rude when i said him he was late and the pizzas are cold, then he replies that i am not the only one waiting. I asked him waiver for delay in delivery, he ignored and went away. This was my worst experience ever with dominos. This is highly unexpected. We, as their customers are just expecting what they promise and lil bit of acknowledgement and courtesy is what we are asking for what they claim for.

                            Today, 30 april, 2019, i was illegally charged for a paper carry bag at a domino's outlet. I explained that it was not legal to charge a customer for such bags, especially as they advertised the company name. But they were adamant and forced me to pay.

                            This caused me monetary loss as well as mental stress and humiliation in front of other customers.

                            Kindly do the needful.

                              On 27th april 2019, i ordered pizza from the dominos app and they guaranteed of 30min delivery but it took around 60min to reach me. After raising the issue with customer care they assured me that i will get a call back from them but i didn't get any call nor money back which i had already paid through online payment.

                                I had ordered few pizzas and garlic bread. I have have placed many orders before with dominos and being a regular customer i know the taste of them. Order was very disapointing and felt like it could have been better. The amount of cheese on pizza was also very less compared to other stores. Disapointing taste. Spent 500 on the the food and not getting good quality hurts. I would be glad if refund can be arranged for my bad experience

                                On 28th i complained about issue to dominos and got call from store. Got call from store and they are saying that since i didn't complain same day they wont give refund. I am a working person so couldn't complaint same day. But i did raise issue within 24 hours. And if refund not possible then store can give same complimentary order but store denied same. I will file a complain in consumer complain. It is my hard earned money and this is dominos customer satisfaction which they boast about. Neither giving refund neither complimentary order.

                                  I denish my order no - 27 my mobile number is - [protected]. I had placed an order at 1.03 pm. But still i havent received my order. When i first call at 2.15 pm they said me that your location store will call you in 10 mins and update you but no answer regarding that. Than second time i called up at - 2.24 pm that time they said that your order in on the way for delivery but we cant track they will reach in some time. Than third time i called 2.42 pm that time they said that the near by loaction store is unservicable but your customer care excutive will contact you in 3 mins and resolve the problem. On the same call that customer excutive told they will contact me in 15 mins and started arguing.

                                    More than 16 hours still order not delivered. Order date :- 28 april, 2019 8:40 p. M
                                    We were 2 children at home and didn't have any food to eat, so i ordered 4 pizzas from dominos costing rs.290
                                    While we were waiting eagerly for the pizza, 56 mins passed i received a call from delivery boy, i asked him why r u taking so much? What abt 30 min delivery guarantee? He told me we will not give u pizza at free and he cut call. I called him he said sir we have cancelled ur order (So rude & unprofessional behaviour) i tried to call to dominos customer card [protected] assisstant told me that ur order is on the way and ur order will b delivered for free. I waited. Its 10:00p. M still waiting for the order & no reply from dominos branch and customer.
                                    10:30p. M i tried to call at dominos branch but they r still saying its on the way! Seriously it takes more 2 hours to deliver? The dominos is very to my home. I tried to call at customer care they gave me complaint no.:-9183740 but order still not delivered

                                    Its 11:30 we still not delivered we have to sleep without food..
                                    I have all the call recordings.

                                    Due to your poor servics i have suffer this.

                                    So my concern is this don't misguide your customers that after 30 minutes pizza will be free as you like to do it so kindly change your 30 minutes policy. So kindly compensate me for this or i will take this case to social media and do something else.

                                      On 28 april 2019my husband and my kids went for a movie and bought a pizza from domino's outlet they charged rs 11.42 for carry bag. He was not aware of the law when ai checked the bill they charged for the carry bag. Any company cannot charge for carry bag if the company name printed on it.. It is against the law. I need justice. Please file my complaint.

                                        I have ordered the pizza from dominos and besidw of waiting for 2:3 hrs, i didn't receive the order, everytime i called domono's customer care, they just raised the ticket and no resolution provided. The outlet managers are not friendly with the concern and they just transferring the order from one outlet to another. This is the harassment which they are doing with their customer.

                                        Firstly, i ordered from gk2 outlet and they cancelled the order and call me after half and hour that i have to re-order it from kalka ji outlet. This is the first response i get from the manager of gk2 when the expected delivery time is 10:28 and they call me after that. When again i ordered from kalkaji outlet around 11 pm, then they call me on 11:15 and informed that the order is cancelled and transferred again to gk2 outlet. Then i receive the call from gk 2 that they will deliver the order.

                                        After waiting another half an hours, when i call dominos, they only raise the ticket and make sure that i will wait and my order will be deliver. Beside of waiting and finally they say that my order will not be delivered. Gk2 outlet is closed and kalkaji has already cancelled the order.

                                        Now, my concern is when gk 2 outlet has to deliver the order, then why my order was cancelled first and if kalkaji has to deliver then why they cancelled the order.

                                        This is most unprofessional and unethical behavior i have seen which dominos has done with his customer.

                                        I want to complain on this and this should be actioned on priority and i need my all refund and penalize for all the mental harassment which i have face in this case.
