Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the homeopathy and hair treatment package for which I paid approximately ₹50, 000 at your clinic.
After commencing the treatment, I experienced adverse effects, including significant skin irritation and discomfort. Due to these unexpected and concerning reactions, I was compelled to discontinue one of the treatments. Furthermore, because of the negative experience and concerns about potential side effects, my husband did not proceed with even a single sitting/session of the treatment.
Given that:
The treatment resulted in adverse skin irritation and unsatisfactory outcomes.
One treatment was discontinued due to these side effects.
The second treatment was never utilized, and no sitting/session was availed.
The services provided have not met reasonable expectations and have caused distress and inconvenience.
I request a full refund of the ₹50, 000 paid by me at the earliest. I am not adding interest at this point, I also request a written response addressing my concerns and confirming the refund process within 7 days of receipt of this complaint.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the appropriate consumer grievance forums and regulatory authorities for further action.
I look forward to your immediate attention and resolution of this matter.
