I dont wish to continue my treatment with Dr. Batra and i want refund of my Money.
Please this is a Personal and Medical decision taken by me due to my health issues.Please let me know how can i get my refund.

Hi Ankita Patel her i am taking treatment from last 6 months, from Dr. Batra regarding the hair fall and dandruff, but still there is no improvement; in fact, i am suffering more with the hair fall and dandruff. Many times i have update this to Dr.Sinu and even showed her the images of the hairfall faced but every time she use to say this is normal if the hairfall was normal than why I would had visited Dr batra. Dr Sinu use to change my medicine every month but no result than after Dr. Manisha started to check me when I started questioning with this to Dr Manish she was not concerned about the treatment and was behaving very rudely and shouting at me. Even the staff members are not so well mannered they also talk very rudely to me. On 13 July, I had called Dr.Batra customer care; they have been arranging the call from the senior doctor in 24 to 48 hours its been 7 days but no call back yet from the doctor than again call for the follow up on 15 july execution Ankita told me that we will arrange call back on sunday but no call again I had to call on Monday that time executive Ankita told that senior doctor is not available since 2 days he will come on next day we will arrange call back again executive ankita has given a fake update yet i have not received any call from the senior doctor. Dr Batra is such a big clinic having different branches and only 1 senior doctor i available there is no another senior doctor in the whole clinic and serval branches WOW!!!😱😱😱 Now I'm getting worried about rest treatment because I have paid money for 1 year.
There is one thing I want to draw attention to: when I started questioning Dr Manisha, about the external Medicine prescribed by Dr Sinu which i am taking from past 2 months she stated that I should not consumed this medicine.This is a very serious issue; because this might affect my health and also harm me in the future or present. Who will be responsible if something goes wrong to me by consuming this medicine.
I need my money back because right now I have lost trust in Dr. Batra and their illiterate doctor's.

I went to AI treatment launching day to dr batra. I have been with dr. Batra from last two years. I also using hydra facial facility from them, which they suggest to best treatment, now they launch AI treatment now they said this is best treatment, I also paid for that treatment, but due to family conflict, I won't be able to continue that treatment, next day I called them for cancellation of AI treatment and refund the amt, they denied and said bill is already generated we can not cancel your AI treatment and cannot refund the amt.when I didn't attend single session of that treatment abd I form them before 24 hours .why wouldn't they refund the amt. Its not small amt abd their treatment is not cheap.

I have complete 7 therapy in Batra Ahmedabad ashram road hospital but not getting any result,
really very bad experience, you are making fool people,
really you are making money rob from people,
if you don't have capability shut down your branch don't make unethically money,

i want my all money refund.

I've been receiving numerous calls a day from Dr.Batra's even though I never subscribed to any of their services. The calls are so frequent that my daily routine is being disrupted. This is so disturbing to keep getting unwanted calls. If this comtinues, I'll have no way left but report against them.

To say in one line - I feel cheated. This seems to be pure business and no one is responsible. I & My family have been associated with Dr.Batra's for 12+years now. However, this complaint is for the recently enrolled BFIT program. TERRIBLE is the only word that best describes the experience. I have stopped the treatment with Dr Batras 5 months ago and asked them to stop the EMI yet I'm paying without any service taken from.them
I had complaint about the bad service and my condition being worsened. My EMI lapsed due to financial crisis. I would like to pause the EMI and get refund for last 5 months

I am Mr. Adrito Basu. On 27th May 2023 - my wife Mrs. Mohona Roy Chowdhury visited the Navi Mumbai (Vashi - Sector 17) branch of Dr. Batra's clinic for hair treatment. The same day she got registered and opted for consultation, light treatment & medicines. The Patient Manager (Mr. Shahid) of Dr. Batra's branch gave us an estimate of ₹3000 for one visit and we opted for that scheme. During payment - we opted for UPI payment and after we paid the ₹3000 through Gpay, it showed 'payment successful' in our Gpay app, but the employees working in Dr. Batra's clinic said they did not receive the payment. We were forced to pay the ₹3000 again, this time we paid through the debit card, and this time Dr. Batra's claimed that they have received the payment.However they said not to worry and had given us in writing in the bill copy (attached) with the signature of their head doctor that if the first amount of ₹3000 (which was debited from our account but Dr. Batra's had claimed that they did not receive) is not reverted back to our bank account then Dr. Batra's will take the initiative to refund the extra amount within 24 hours. However, we had shown our bank statement to Dr. Batra's employees regarding the double debit of ₹3000. but they did not agree to it. On 29th May 2023 my wife got a call from Dr. Batra's where they asked her to give A/C no. for refund but the amount has not been refunded to our A/C till date - 31st May, 2023. Kindly look into it and help us to recover the extra amount debited. I hereby attach all proofs required for your reference.

My self Amrita Samaddar patient I'd[protected]started my treatment for my massive hair fall at Dr.batras clinic salt lake under Dr.Sudipta Indra.As he suggested me to take Bio-Engineered Hair treatment package I took the package and started my treatment under his supervision and medication.Feb 2023 Ms.Shilpi Sarkar convinced me to take skin therapy in my body parts and after consulting with Dr.Indra I had taken that treatment package also.But she failed to gave the skin therapy and started misbehaving with me and forced me to take transfer to ultadanga branch.I came to ultaganda on feb 2023 still not get my skin therapy and more horrifying for me is that the most prime cause for which I had come to Dr.Batras that to treat my hair fall..till now I am having massive hair fall no improvement . From dec 2022 to till date although I am under the supervision of the doctor and on medication still having masdive hairloss everyday and no imporment.I just frustrated with Dr.Batras team of kolkata they don't have any professional attitude I like to notify this matter to the higher authority of Dr.Batras around India.I lost all hope on Dr.batras kolkata...please the higher authority help me with proper treatment to stop my massive hair fall at the earliest and please don't call to take appreciation forcefully.We are patient and we paid for our treatment and the prime point is that we want to get cure.Please from higher level someone outside of kolkata take over my treatment and help me to get cure.Please bring some other experienced doctor from nearby states for the proper treatment I will not going to take the medicine from all the doctors available in Kolkata...they just make my condition worse by applying their varieties of medicine.And requesting you all to take immediate action on that lady Shipli Sarkar for taking Rs.10600 from me by making false commitment or else I will suit a case of forgery against her.
And if possible please do some necessary change in the kolkata team of Dr.batras.as for few people's irresponsibility we are loosing our faith on Dr.Batras.And if you cannot provide me the good treatment kindly refund back the amount I paid to Dr.Batras kolkata for my treatment or else I will take the help of consumer forum.Every week I am visiting the clinic and repeatedly saying that no improvement regarding hairless but they are not taking any significant initiative. Please the higher authority try to understand we are patient, having faith on the brand Dr.Batras so we paid for the treatment whatever the doctor suggested for us only to get proper treatment to get ourself cure.But the way they are treating they make my condition worse than before...

This is my third complaint
Will cover the details that I didn't in previous two and this is more about me then my son so will put fresh image of my almost bald head thanks to Batra, Dr Sejal (BAMS) their Shampoo, conditioner, oil that purchased from website which was to assist better result but it just elevated the hair fall instead. The oil from their personal treatment that they ask to mix with regular oil.
Inspite of reaching out, asking for help assistance as tried allopathy for my ocd and anxiety along with stress, extreme hair fall all elevated with pandemic, these people made it worse and I can only share the stories of the incidences. Am sure few in the clinic should have felt my state and need but no remorse.. They are busy filling their pockets. I invested in the treatment, in their kit, their words and travelling and tried to be patient inspite of seeing the hair fall after applying the oil and shampoo. Each time convincing it is just first 2 - 3 times and then keep trusting when things went bad, met Dr Sejal, who used to click with her phone and gaslight me saying it's same and I told her I wash and feel my hair daily and can feel their volume but she just kept changing the the meds, as per her for reassuring, manipulating and talking me out when I said wanted to cancel and have refund. Now, have lost all. Just name sake left.

You as doctor or promoting to treat physical mental health hair fall and all problems but you guys didn't fix or help resolve or alleviate even one. Imagine someone in depression suicidal going to them for help and they push your stress level that you feel like a failure in your last attempt to heal yourself rather make you feel more suicidal. I wonder will they stop only when they get a proof that someone actually died. Killed.. And is there treatment worthy for anyone's life? Are you going to come and run my house and take care of my son?

Where and how do you draw line and be honest about your treatment, be transparent to tell the patient instead giving false promises, assuring to fix so they put their faith hope money and wait.. Watch themselves die slowly with the added stress. If you as a doctor or healer can't help patient even after taking money then why do you call yourself doctor? If it was a free charity I would still forget as there are doctors helping poor with their experience.. So if they don't recover at least they tried.

Please Justify your words, promises, assurances, your products, medicine with patients time help money and health!

You can never compensate me and my son's lost hair and if you understand then how much a teenager or young gets mentally affected with their appearance and all that adds to their depression. Whether it is my anxiety ocd hair fall or fatigue or my son's allergy, depression, fatigue, hair fall acne and immunity issue, all are same or worse. So even if you happen to do full refund it won't justify the torture bore.

But I can only ask my money as rest is my life and my problem. Please stay little honest.
