Dr Batra's — treatment

My name is minakshi. I am taking treatment from dr. Batra’s positive healthcare clinic pvt ltd. B-1/517 a first floor, above kotak mahindra bank near janakpuri district centre, janakpuri, new delhi -110058. My treatment is regarding skin itching problem, hair loss and thyroid. I visited the clinic in last month i. E. May 2019. I filled the registration form and paid 450 rs. Which is non-refundable. Firstly i met a dr. Abhilash; i shared my all problems to the dr. And i told him to cure me immediately. He gave me medicine for one week. He told me about dr. Batra’s treatment package. But, the problem had been increased and i had to take english medicines. After one week i visited to the clinic, i noticed that all the staffs and dr. Were changed there. I asked about dr. Abhilash to the staff, he told that he doesn’t work here. I met a new dr. Alka; again i shared all my problems to her. Then she told me about dr. Batra’s packages which were totally different from previous package. Dr. Alka recommended me hair grow packages, hvt. That time i was in terrible condition, i was suffering from itching problem& thyroid problem very badly. So, i purchased their annual package that costs 32, 160 rs. I paid this amount in emi through bajaj finserv. Again dr. Alka recommended about batra’s products like shampoo, conditioner, oil serum and nutri grow for hair loss, and then i paid again approx. 2200 rs. For these products. She gave me medicine for one week and told to meet after one week. My problem was increasing day by day and the batra’s products were not suited to me. My hair loss increased at extreme level even more than before. After one week i visited clinic again and noticed that all staffs and doctors were changed. I met the different dr. Sangita. I told again my all problems and also about their products then she told me that is external and again she gave me medicine for four weeks and told to meet after one week. Again i visited there and saw that all staffs were changed. That day i met dr. Alka and told her about their product defective problem and my neck pain problem that is increasing continuously. She told me to stop to use these products and use whichever you want and again she gave me another medicine for four weeks. Meanwhile there is no any improvement in my condition even my problem has been increased continuously much more than before. These medicines don’t suit me. I had pain in my neck then i had to take english medicine. So, i decided to cancel my package of dr. Batra and want to discontinue my treatment. I called in janakpuri branch, told them about all problems. She told i will let you know after half an hour but she didn’t give me any response back till three days. After that i visited the clinic again and noticed all staffs were changed. I requested to manager vijaya to cancel my package and do my refund. She told me to talk to dr. Alka; i met dr. Alka and talked about my package cancellation. I shared all problems especially neck pain then she told that you have not told me about your neck problem before. She advised to change medicines but i refused to take the medicines and requested for package cancellation and do my refund. She shouted on me and her behaviour was so rude. She refused to cancel and refund my package. She sent me to the manager vijaya, she told me to write an application regarding package cancellation and your refund as well and also told that your refund will be from mumbai head office. I told her to give me receiving of the application; she refused to do the same. So that i requested her to mail my application to head office. A staff member rishabh bhargava sent the mail from [protected]@drbatras.com to [protected]@drbatras.com ; both the ids are of janakpuri branch. My problem has not been forwarded to the head office. I am already in depression from my health issues and very disappointed from all these things happened to me in dr. Batra’s centre. The staffs and doctors behaviour were so rude. My health issues are increasing day by day so i want my treatment from other hospital.
So i kindly request you to please resolve my issue and do my refund. Do stop my emi payments. I have need of money; i am unable to pay more money.
I am waiting for your positive response. I have lost all my hopes from dr. Batra’s treatment.
