[Resolved]  Dreamz Infra — Cheating public, without land itself registering on their name, starts collecting money from public

I also did book a flat in so called famous builder Dreamz, but have a pathetic experience. I booked flat in Sujana project which was launched near Hennur then that was closed but there was no intimation.Upon inquiring multiple months came to know the cancellation of Sujana.Then my flat was changed to another project name Samarpan, near Horamavu road Maruti showroom and again that was cancelled and my flat was shifted again to another project named Samata near the railway track in Horamavu and again that was cancelled and another new land was shown to me where Samata project was shifted and a new agreement was presented to me with starting date of the same I gave consent to get my flat shifted to the new land.But in mean time I lost 17 months of my first booking in Sujana which was simply ignored. I lost my valuable time of 17 months for my flat. I cancelled the flat and then too my miserable experience did not end. Cheque was given after 3 months whereas in t he agreement the return of money period was of 2 months. Then also after 3 months the cheques (BOI bank ) were replaced with SBI bank cheques out of which 2 cheques got en-cashed and the 3rd one got bounce twice. After almost 100 phone calls I got that cheque en-cashed after almost another month. This made me to loose other opportunities to have a home here in bangalore. This is a very real and to the ground experience I am sharing. Don’t know about the others who have booked have got the flat. Even this builder has other partners to promote their project named as Flatdeals.com (FDI), TGS properties. So people, my earnest request please don’t step into rumors.Do all sort of ground checks as the money you are putting in is your very hard earned money you earned with your blood and sweat.Please be careful.If you need further clarification you can contact me in my mail id.I will give you the locations’ pictures to prove my point and also can provide you with the documents to support my claim here.Even I went to the new place where Samata project was newly projected and found there is no board of Dreamz which was put earlier.All disappeared and looks this has also got cancelled.So again a path of worry for those who earlier booked in Sujana / Samarpan / Samata.There was one more project opposite to Manyata Tech Park which fate is also the same as the other ones I mentioned here.Here I get opportunities to add some pics of the showed locations to me for my flat.the places are still vacant.

How to teach this blood sucker a lesson of his life ??? These should not be put in jail. They should be taught a lesson by taking all their money and making them beg in same place where they are cheating innocent people.
