I am a lower middle class person who had booked 2 flats one for myself and one for my in laws in Gruha kalyan. They informed me that the project construction would start in 3 months. When i contacted them after 3 months, they informed me that they do not take care of this project anymore and that Dreamzinfra would take care. So i went to the Dreamz office to enquire about the same. they informed me that the project name was Dreamz Sarvottam project in JP Nagar. I had paid a advance of 4 Lakhs almost 2 years ago. Initially i was told that the construction would start in 3 months. When i contacted them after 3 months, they informed me that there was an issue with the land and that it was resolved and they would start construction shortly. I again contacted them after one month and was told that the paperwork is in progress and that would take another 2 months. I was in constant contact and these people were not ready to pick the call at all. Later, i went and requested for a refund. To this, these fraudsters again took me around town to show me a project that was under construction. I was not interested in that as it was too far on Sarjapur road. They pushed me to think over it again and again and even asked me for another part payment, to which i denied and asked them for a refund. They asked me to submit a written application stating that i had to come on a weekday for signing some more papers for a refund. When i went to their office today, i was completely disheartened and heart broken as they have fled. I have been cheated. Please help me.
