Dreamz Infra India — Refund of invested amount

I am siva kumar. J, working in beml ltd, kgf complex. I had booked a flat in dreamz swadesh (Whitefield) and has paid rs.562500 (On 30thoct2014 - rs. 40, 000.00 by sbm card payment, rs.60, 000.00 by sbm cheque-344281. On 5thnov2014 rs.3, 00, 000.00 by sbm cheque-344282, on 15thnov2014 rs.1, 62, 500.00 by sbm cheque-344283). I was told that the project would start by 3 months and will be handed over by 18months.

During the follow up, every time crm is changed and some lame excuse / reason is given. Latest on 18th nov2016 i got a mail saying that bhoomi pooja will be on 14th jan2017 and construction will start from 26th jan2017 from a new crm mr. Ravi pandey.

Now dreamz infra india ltd., is closed, none of the telephone nos. Are working, also the people whom i dealt have their phones switched off or no one answers, i visited their office to meet any reps, but offie is locked.

I request please help get back our hard earned money, this investment i have made is through my provident fund withdrawal,

I believe there are many o[censored]s who have invested in dreamz and are worried about the outcome. Please intimate me what action needs to be taken. Also add me to whatsapp groups created to address the issue.
