DT Cinemas — The staff at the window denied tickets

I went to the window at DT Cinema, Saket to purchase in advace for Jazbaa movie for 10:15 show on the 9th Oct'15, the person at the window denied by say its houseful for the same show, but went I checked online, only the top 2 rows were taken rest all empty. This is against customer regulation to denie tickets, I want action against this, otherwise I will have to go to the Consumer Court regarding the same.
