I am very sorry to say that the recipient (SBI CARDS, CORRESPONDANCE DEPT, GURGAON, 122002) has received empty package without the wrist watch. 4. You are requested to please check back at your end that where that wrist watch has gone missing, it appears to me that my trust on DTDC has been subdued. 5. Please look into the matter as in the age of internet and web this kind of security lapse will certainly be proliferated and will bring bad name to the company.
